We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHotel is in a nice location overlooking Swansea Bay and the marina. Rooms spacious and clean, beds super comfortable, excellent sound-proofing. Good breakfast, lots of choices for various dietary requirements - I'm GF, DF and vegetarian but still got my money's worth. Would definitely stay again.

United KingdomTea Tray wasn't very good. Never heard of the brand of coffee sticks left. Only left one packet of biscuits between two people (3 biscuits in a pack).
I asked for a room with a view. Offered view of the sea or the Harbour. Opted for the sea. It was nice, but looked down on carpark first, then sea. Breakfast was really tasty. We both had full English. Also mini Danish pastries were lovely.

United KingdomThere was a drip from the window onto the window ledge when we arrived, which we reported. There wasn't a full solution, but some towels were placed down to avoid the dripping noise and damage!
The public areas are clean and well maintained. The reception and breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice view over the marina. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable choice. The location is excellent for the beach and Swansea Arena.

United KingdomOverpriced for standard rooms. Very expensive when demand is higher - one night £94, next night £244 when there was an event on in the arena. Old, noisy, fan based, air conditioning and heating. Too loud when trying to sleep. Metal radiators were very clanky during the night. Window units are blown with condensation inside and therefore cold and no view. The recent renovation is mostly cosmetic.
Excellent staff and good breakfast. It’s a great location for concerts at Swansea Arena.

United KingdomThe windows at the property desperately need updating. Loads of condensation, pealing paint, draft, mould and unfortunately, a limited view outside because of these issues. The fridge door would not stay shut. The restaurant is quite expensive.

When checking in an extra £50 was taken which I understood to be for credit in bar etc. however we were refused credit in the bar that evening and explanation at reception was not really acceptable. However this was rectified without any problems when checking out.
