The room temperature is supposed to stay at 21 degrees but during the evening from 6pm it did get rather chilly but the heated floor in the bathroom did come in handy!

Bought some M&S snacks but hadn't twigged there's no oven. Not a problem for a short stay as long as you read the details properly, or check in before going shopping...

Smart modern apartment, spotlessly clean and well maintained. M&S food hall, cafes, pubs and seafront all within a few minutes walk. Perfect if you want to stay somewhere nicer than Blackpool!

The car park was only small and after returning to the apartments in the evening a had to park round the back which was dark. Difficult to get in and out of.

It was in a great location and the apartment was spotless, with everything you need.

Stairs up to first floor are steep and the kitchen window could do with a blind if you're using the sofabed.

This apartment was immaculate, clean and comfortable. Very spacious and the little finishing touches from the host were very welcoming. Fruit, water, biscuits & milk in the fridge. The location was spot on for the bus into Blackpool and great that there was on site parking for us. Virtual key was very modern and overall we really enjoyed our stay there, would recommend to others and will return in the future. Great value for money.

The virtual door keys . We had a couple of occasions where there were signal issues. It did eventually work but a bit unnerving late in the evening. Wasn’t sure how else you’d have got into the building or apartment? Last time we stayed we had a code to input for entry. This time it didn’t seem possible to enter a code even though one was supplied?

Clean and comfortable with everything you need including milk in the fridge on arrival. Good central location

I definitely wouldn't stay in room 5 again as I didn't realise it was on thr top floor so it was up a lot of stairs and with a baby wasn't ideal. But that's my own fault for not looking into it.

In room 6 got very hot despite the heating being apparently off. Pillows need an upgrade. Window would be tidier with a roller blind rather than over-long curtains. Suggest chopping board. Bed soft for our personal taste. Did not mark Hosts only because the system does not include personal contact.

Nothing that would stop us returning, if we decided to visit the area in the future.

We had been here before for 3 nights in February 2022, & liked so much we booked for this holiday in the same room. The room (room 6 ) was up two flights of stairs which will not suit everyone, but we liked the room layout & the king sized bed which was very comfortable. There is Netflix on the TV which is not often found in B&B's or Apartments from our experience. The location is spot on being near to the town centre. There is on site parking, which is handy. My wife left her hat behind when we checked out which was returned to us, with us paying the postage. This help was very much appreciated.

Taking luggage up two flights of stairs as Mrs had packed a case instead of holdalls which would have been easier,but we know for next time as we will return.shame dogs aren't allowed.though.
