The communal areas has become a little tatty. Which is something we noticed as we have stayed here before.

Location and easy of entry. It has everything and more that you need for and over night stay.

Didn't sleep well as the mattress was a cheap one, could feel the springs & gaps in them. Spending over £100 a night, I expected to have had a better night's sleep.

The apartment was very very clean, can't fault it at all, loved it.

The bathroom was a bit small so it was hard to sit on the toilet. The place was very warm and the windows didn't open wide enough. The first night we was disturbed by drunken neighbours being loud in the hall way. The lift smelt of cigarette smoke.

I ended up staying on my own with my toddler as my partner couldn’t make it, I wasn’t so keen on being on the ground floor as there was a bit of ‘rowdy’ noise outside during the evening, but once I relaxed it was great. We did request a travel cot, although upon arrival realised there wasn’t one so I had to rearrange the bedroom slightly so I could safely share a bed with my toddler. Not a big deal, we made it work.

parking expensive and should be in the total cost not separate - parking at rear of property so not convenient anyway so why price at £15 - should include in price this might stop me from booking again? Not easy to book more than 1 apartment so that could be improved on.

The apartment was lovely but I’d be reluctant to use Charles Hope again, personally, because I absolutely HATE being bombarded with communications that basically make you feel like you’re a criminal! Messages requesting additional deposit after booking the room, again chasing it when you don’t pay it within minutes, messages requesting check in time (it’s self check in so what difference does it make to you lot?!), messages requesting check out time (I’ve paid until 11am, so again, what difference does it make to you guys?), messages requesting reviews halfway through the stay. I’ve paid, I’ve sent you my ID, I’ve paid again (deposit) - just leave your guests in peace!

Location is great, right in the middle of town. Apartment was bigger than expected and furnished to a high standard. Wi-Fi very quick.

The tv should be on a swing wall bracket so it could be watched in bed, white walls everywhere which makes the apertment very dull, the blind over the window does not block out the street lights at night and above all the carpark should be free for guests paying to stay there.

The things that we felt were missing were: No hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels Nowhere to hang coats (could easily put coat hooks in the large storage cupboard) No mirrors in the bedrooms (for make up/doing hair etc) The main bathroom didn't have a radiator. As we had small children with us that needed a bath, we had to use that room, but it was freezing in there and not ideal for a 2 and 4 year old to be bating in.

Apartment was clean and fresh and still newly decorated/renovated.
