The parking - not a massive affect but the only negative I can say

Lovely property, very clean, had everything we needed. Great spot close to Center. Free parking. Folder with all things you need to know plus a lot more, gave us plenty of ideas of where to eat, visit etc with a bit of history added in. Nice cosy beds would definitely recommend.

Sometimes we couldn’t park close outside but just down the road. Was fine but a bit annoying as we had so many suitcases and bags to carry. Lucky to have parking so close really compared to some houses we drove past.

Lovely house, doesn’t look much from the outside but great size and well decorated/great layout. Very clean, and lots of towels provided. Everything considered in the refurbishment-no lack of plug sockets anywhere and open sorry spaces. Lovely welcome gifts to nibble. Kitchen wel equipped. Very quiet area, and close to walk into town. We’ve really enjoyed our 3 day trip to Wales using this as a base, will definitely return.

I was very impressed with the standard of the property. The property was spacious and clean, the check in/check out instructions were clear, and we were given a number to call if there were any problems. We didn’t need to use it. The chocolate biscuits were a nice touch.

On-street parking was heavily contested!

An excellent stay. We arrived early evening, check in was made safe and simple with a key code box. We were stating to visit Zip World in Penrhyn quarry. Owner was kind, informative and had great communication. The house was exceptionally clean, well thought out and had nice touches such as toiletries, welcome snacks and kids stories/games. The beds were so comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Our only issue was that we was not staying for longer! Would definitely return if in the area.

House offered everything required for a comfortable stay. Modern decor throughout the house all very clean and tidy Kitchen area big with seating and all appliances provided. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of supermarkets near by

Very clean and very close to the city centre. We managed to find parking space each time also. This is perfect to stay if you want a weekend away or if you planning to climb mount Snowden.

The house was relatively spacious, clean and had plenty of appliances etc. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were easily enough for two couples for at least a week. The bathroom was nice and the shower powerful enough. It was a short walk into town and there was parking in the area although the roads were tight. There was a clean outdoor area at the back that did get a little sun in the evening.

Having to leave! Pillows were a bit soft for me but that was only my opinion my partner and friend thought they were fine so it comes down to preference.

The house was amazing. It was clean and modern with lovely added touches like milk and snacks when we arrived. We didn't need the car at all and it's an easy walk into town, to pubs, restaurants and the castle.

Location. Fit our needs well and fyi there is a very good fish and chips place on the corner (husband is very picky) wish I had booked more days . The landlord was extremely understanding as we’d packed, and left our bags and gone for breakfast. Big error: the check out date which was an hour earlier than we thought. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

It was clean, spacious, and nice little private area outside for sitting in or drying your washing, the host Sian was extremely helpful. Good location central to most things. Had little things like a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived and breakfast cereal and a travel cot and highchair for people with children. It also has a big bath to relax after a hard day climbing mountains and a comfortable bed A home away from home.

Location was great, only 10 minutes walk to the center. Shops we also very close to get supplies. The property itself was very well furnished and clean, with the bonus of having such items as Tea bags, coffee and a surprise bar of chocolate on arrival. Overall a great base to check out Caernarfon.

If I were pushed for something to grumble about... purely on aesthetics, where the fireplaces have been removed, the space that's left could do with a plant in or, maybe a bookcase.

Spacious and clean. A short walk from Caernarfon centre, the castle and other tourist sites, (and the pubs and take-aways.) A view of Snowdonia from the main bedroom. Well furnished, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were a little uncertain about parking and possible local noise but parked right outside the door everytime, heard nothing from the neighbourhood and only saw one person walk passed the house. We've stayed in North Wales often at various places but this new one is a new favourite and the host... fantastic!
