Afternoon Tea was a little average (dry curly sandwiches)

Lovely hotel,bed exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Room was huge and very clean. Would have loved slippers in the room and a few extras

Only thing that let the hotel down was the hot breakfast. ‘Hot food’ was lukewarm at best and to make it worse the plates were cold. No excuse. Management should try it

Took a very long time for hot water to come through on shower. Breakfast was expensive so we went out for a local cafe.

Billing was a mess. We were billed twice for the stay and meal, so keep an eye on your credit card statement. The money was not actuslly taken twice but taken once and the second billing is still 'pending' on our.account. This was our wedding anniversary so we didnt want this.kind of hassle.

Great building and facilities. Really convenient for the station.

Having stayed at this hotel before, I couldn't wait to come back. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the location is convenient and the rooms feel comfortable and luxurious. I look forward to my next stay.

Room service has an additional fee and because we didn't leave a card on the room we were refused room service and had to go down to the restaurant.

Luxurious hotel which is very clean and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. The restaurant is very nice also. Great location next to the station but no views.

Excellent location, adjacent to train station. Rooms were large, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was very good.

The property is in a great location. The rooms are very nice and the beds are super comfy. No noise despite having a room near the lift. Staff friendly too, I’ll be back.

There are no robes in the rooms or slippers. Disappointing.

Couldn't of picked a better hotel, was clean, the staff couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was superb

Parking was difficult :( - station was full so we ended up parking at the queen anne terrace car park which was a 15-20min walk away

The second elevator got stuck a bit and wouldn’t go to the second floor so we got out and used the other one which was fine.

We stayed for one night and it was all exceptional. The staff where absolutely lovely and really friendly. The food was really good and the waiters where great. The room was perfectly clean and my girlfriend loved how comfy the bed was.

Very little not to like. Lack of pool/spa a bit disappointing and something that feels like this hotel should have based on the quality of rooms etc.

Bed and bathroom. Bed has to be one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I stay here a lot and rooms are all lovely; you never feel like it’s a gamble at reception (although will report back on this ;))

It’s further than I expected to walk to the points of interest but do-able. Breakfast was a good selection and the restaurant area was lovely but was buffet style so the cooked breakfast wasn’t warm enough. We paid extra for breakfast. We were given an accessible shower room which is never as nice as a standard bathroom. Toilet is really high off the floor and the whole room gets wet when you have a shower. We didn’t request this room type.

Annoying lack of hot water in the bathroom washhand basin . No hot water at all in the bathroom on our second morning.

Efficient staff and stylish hotel. Very smart and spacious rooms. Up to date fittings like charging sockets for devices in the right places both in the bedrooms and public areas. Excellent constant WiFi signal Served good breakfast. Staff welcoming.

The only downside was that the Chromecast in our room was not working, however, the duty manager came up very promptly and sorted it out straight away!

The only improvement I can think of would be better milk for hot drinks. UHT milk does not make great tea, and a few extra tea bags and sugars.

Super comfy bed, lovely and quiet, nice big balcony. Check in/Check out was fast and easy and the location couldn't be more convenient. The bathroom was spacious and clean with all the little extras needed.
