Downstairs toilet doesn't flush properly so it is basically unusable and that leaves only one toilet for all the guests. There should be a clean tea towel every day in the kitchen, instead there was the same towel with stains for 3 days for all the guests to use on the shared dishes The electricity stopped working one evening and I had to fix it myself as the owner could not be reached

The noise from the fridge and we didn't find any shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, but the host managed to bring us the toiletries in an hour.

The location is nice and quiet, parking space, the kitchen has everything you need. The communication with the host was very good and helpful.

The position of the notice on the back of the door. Could be sited in a better place so we saw it when we first entered the room. Although it said our towels would be replaced daily we had the same towels for 4 days.

Good for value. The cleanningness of the bathroom was not good at the beggining. However, we communicated that to the host and they arrived within half an hour to clean it in the middle of the night, that was something remarkable.

Only thing was the loud talking and music at 1.30am which interupted my night. Noise was continuous and I had to go and knock on their door. They were staying in a room next to mine.

The room was on top floor to get up with the suitcases not so suitable for older users. it was a nice room but it hasn’t been clean to the maximum as lamps, handles and drawers were full of dust.. heating only on at set times and not heaters in the rooms.

The Location was good and the fact that was free parking just in front of the property the room nd bathroom were modern. You have use of the kitchen. 👍🏼

The hotel was not willing to change my date of stay at all, without even asking which date is suitable had told me it cannot be changed right now. Most hotels would be a lot more accommodating to try and offer another date available as it’s non refundable when it was a family emergency due for my trip to be cancelled.

Started off with good communication from the hotel staff to enquire when will I be arriving so they are prepared.

Quite hard to locate the property and we didn't get any response from owner even though i messaged day before on app and on whatsapp. Had to phone him up and wait there for him to arrive. The place is a little bit dodgy. The bathroom downstairs need some renovation as well as the shower is quite clogged up.

The room was spacious. Had good wifi and there was an electric fan. The bed was comfy. Location is near O2 especially when u get an Uber boat. By commute, you will need to get a bus and tube. Convenient when going to concerts.

Our room had a private bathroom and there was quite a lot of mould on the ceiling in there, which was a bit disappointing to see . Me and my friend both have asthma so it was concerning for our health too.

The kitchen facility was very convenient and we saved a bit on money whilst being in London by cooking our meals there instead of eating out.
