The bathroom is sometimes difficult to tell if someone is in or not. Very minor but a colour lock would help for people who are unsure.

Some fittings look a bit tired as does the stairs carpet, could be freshened up but overall it was very clean and comfortable.

A large and comfortable room, at fantastic value. Great location and additional kitchen facilities plus a small fridge in the room. Excellent communication before during and after my stay.

Room two was very warm and stuffy but a fan was provided and the balcony door could be opened if wanted.

Downstairs toilet doesn't flush properly so it is basically unusable and that leaves only one toilet for all the guests. There should be a clean tea towel every day in the kitchen, instead there was the same towel with stains for 3 days for all the guests to use on the shared dishes The electricity stopped working one evening and I had to fix it myself as the owner could not be reached

The noise from the fridge and we didn't find any shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, but the host managed to bring us the toiletries in an hour.

The location is nice and quiet, parking space, the kitchen has everything you need. The communication with the host was very good and helpful.

The only drawback is that during our stay the nearest metro station was under renovation and the replacement bus service did not work well. It takes approximately one hour to get to the center by bus

Fee of 20£ for a late check in, applicable if you check-in after 22:00. Luckily I have arrived before 10pm and didn't have to pay this fee.

Quiet place, friendly hosts, complimentary small breakfast just enough to start a new day. Convenient location, Decent price for this area. Clear instructions ref.location, parking and access to the property.

The position of the notice on the back of the door. Could be sited in a better place so we saw it when we first entered the room. Although it said our towels would be replaced daily we had the same towels for 4 days.

Shared bathroom and toilet was a little problem but for the price we paid it was completely fine.

For the price we paid, it was much better than we expected. Everything clean, comfortable, kitchen very spacious although we didn’t have time to use it. It was perfect for our very short stay. Thank you!

Good for value. The cleanningness of the bathroom was not good at the beggining. However, we communicated that to the host and they arrived within half an hour to clean it in the middle of the night, that was something remarkable.

Would suggest to take the bigger room so to have the private bathroom. Didn't use any facilities so can't comment .

Close to Boat , Bus stop, etc off street free parking . Be aware this looks like a private house on a residential street . Very reasonable and would use again if I was at 02 / similar area

Only thing was the loud talking and music at 1.30am which interupted my night. Noise was continuous and I had to go and knock on their door. They were staying in a room next to mine.

The room was on top floor to get up with the suitcases not so suitable for older users. it was a nice room but it hasn’t been clean to the maximum as lamps, handles and drawers were full of dust.. heating only on at set times and not heaters in the rooms.

The Location was good and the fact that was free parking just in front of the property the room nd bathroom were modern. You have use of the kitchen. 👍🏼

The hotel was not willing to change my date of stay at all, without even asking which date is suitable had told me it cannot be changed right now. Most hotels would be a lot more accommodating to try and offer another date available as it’s non refundable when it was a family emergency due for my trip to be cancelled.

Started off with good communication from the hotel staff to enquire when will I be arriving so they are prepared.

Quite hard to locate the property and we didn't get any response from owner even though i messaged day before on app and on whatsapp. Had to phone him up and wait there for him to arrive. The place is a little bit dodgy. The bathroom downstairs need some renovation as well as the shower is quite clogged up.

The room was spacious. Had good wifi and there was an electric fan. The bed was comfy. Location is near O2 especially when u get an Uber boat. By commute, you will need to get a bus and tube. Convenient when going to concerts.
