The room was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The king size bed was snuggly with quality linen The property is in a quiet country lane but close to facilities. I will be back when next I visit the UK from Australia

The room was immaculate and cosy, we felt at home straight away. The bed and linen was so comfortable we both slept well and enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. We also loved the bathroom with the elegant free standing bath and excellent products and scent. The host was really accommodating and took care of us after a long day of travelling, offering to drive us to the local pub for dinner which was delicious. It was the best place we stayed in on our long weekend and would recommend this property!

PLEASE DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!

Location was out of this world although a little hard to get to, narrow roads and high hedges. Beautiful views from every window and very peaceful even the owls seemed to lull us to sleep with a hooting lullaby. Jenny is an excellent hostess and very accommodating. Even her dogs are lovely and very well behaved. Bed comfortable and bathroom luxurious with Neal's Yard Remedies hand wash and shower gel (Geranium and Orange)

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The roads (lanes) were a bit narrow near to the property but that was all. Don'e expect to see a thatched property though - the roof is red tiles.

Perfect for our needs. Quiet, comfortable and easy access. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed our meal out in the recommended near-by pub. We would highly recommend and look forward to visiting Thatched Cottage again.

Very quiet location. Jenny was wonderful and allowed me to park my bike in the shed. Breakfast was an excellent continental. Great pub up the road. Dinner was top notch, as were the craft beers.

Maybe a clearer explanation of the access to the first floor room especially for someone slightly disabled would be helpful.

We liked the peaceful location also the fact that it was near useful facilities such as a fuel station and choice of restaurants. Our hostess was very helpful with finding an eating place.

Jenny was most helpful and our one night stay was really comfortable. We had a spacious room with kithenette and a good sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast included a good selection and was more than enough for our needs. Will be happy to stay again.

Spacious, luxurious room with a very comfortable bed. Bed linen felt so soft and relaxing. I had a great night sleep. Well catered for in every way. Gorgeous views over the countryside. Jenny (the host) is very welcoming and helpful. Her dogs are lovely too and like to show you around. I would definitely return as would have liked to have stayed longer. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

There was nothing to dislike about Jenny's beautiful home.

We were welcomed by our lovely host Jenny, who made us feel at home immediately on arrival. Our room was very spacious and had spectacular, dual aspect, unspoilt views of the countryside. This is a good central location for visiting tourist locations including Oxford, Bath and the Cotswolds. We would highly recommend a stay at Thatched Cottage.

No croissants, pastries or fruit as is customary for a continental breakfast. We would have appreciated some herbal teas and instant coffee.

The location and the accommodation were excellent with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Jenny was most welcoming and helpful, even providing garage space for our bikes. The breakfast, in our room, was cereal, yoghurt, orange juice, toast and jam, tea or real coffee.
