Very comfortable and clean. So kind that everything in the fridge was free and for all the days. Very nice bed and excellent system for hot water in the bathroom Close to Goodge Street station (also many stations around in e Walking distance less of 10 min) and Russel Square.

If you have any mobility restrictions please keep in mind that there is no elevator in the hotel. Doors are thin and if your neighbors are loud you can hear everything. Air conditioner require cleaning.

The room was almost uncomfortably small for two people and the extra charge for any heart breakfast.

The property was a beautiful, tastefully renovated space, the bar was lovely and the staff were helpful and accomodating.

Small things, blind in our room was a bit broken and I ordered a Gin and Tonic in the bar and it came with no ice or lemon/lime, so that was a little disappointing.

Location right in the heart of Bloomsbury, theatre district within walking distance, British Museum around the corner; very nice decor in the hotel , bedroom was very comfortable, very comfortable beds! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lacked atmosphere. The bar area was deserted late afternoon and when we returned from the theatre. We had to switch the lights on ourselves as it got dark. No staff around. Tables not cleared and we noticed room service trays not taken away. For the price this was disappointing.

The room (townhouse, on the ground floor) felt very small. Definitely not 21 m2 as advertised. It had a weird stuffy smell. Also you could not open the door to the bathroom fully. The entry part of the room had a light that you could not turn off or turn on (very odd). Also you can hear every move from the room above you. The room also had water leak marks on the ceiling.

The staff were amazing, very attentive and nice people! The hotel itself is very nice, the common areas have very nice decor. The breakfast was very good, some people are complaining here that they don't get the full English breakfast but the continental breakfast is more than enough, good pastries and fruit selection.

An excellent property, good sized room for central London. Great location close to multiple tube stations making it easy to get around. Staff were excellent with keeping luggage and very helpful. Breakfast simple and just what was needed with a good selection for the continental breakfast and cooked available for an extra £15

Breakfast was disappointing as the pastries were stale. We also had an afternoon tea at the hotel which was average.I had emailed my vegetarian preferences which were not noted although remedied by a Brie sandwich. We were the only people having tea so I guess that contributed to the lack of atmosphere. The toilet seat was unattached in our room, which we reported at the end of our stay as only staying one night. The staff did say we should have let them know asap.

The location was great. The Bloomsbury suite was lovely. Plenty of space and quiet. The staff were polite and umbrella’s were greatly appreciated in the bad weather. There are nice areas to relax and the decoration is lovely. Complimentary soft drinks, water and coffee facilities were good in room.

A little more info on check-in would have been good, never did find out breakfast times. The room was small, which is fine, but A/C might need a service as room was roasting. Just a little reminder that 4 flights of stairs will take your breath away.

Lovely staff, awesome breakfast, great location.. A few minor issues but overall great.. maybe not 5 star , but definitely 4.

All the staff were welcoming polite and helpful giving very good service. They even found my daughter's ear ring dropped down the sink and thought to be lost on the morningof departure. Breakfast very good and wide variety. Bedrooms comfortable and all you would expect.
