It was soooo cold outside. Ha ha; obviously not the fault of the hosts. For us there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. I usually stay in the McDonald Angler but this was a nice change and would definitely stay again

Excellent location for visiting Marlow high street and the river walks. Close to a variety of restaurants and a bonus this weekend was that the market was in town. The availability of using the garden (weather permitting of course) and ideal for a quiet relax after a long walk. I visited with my niece as a treat for her birthday. I’ve been to Marlow many times but this was her first time. She loved the town and the accommodation. Although we took our own essentials, drinks and snacks were available on arrival. Also, April hasn’t been the warmest so we were appreciative of the heating being on when we arrived.

Only the weather, it would have been great to sit out in the garden and have a glass of wine. Only joking though, we can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

So glad we chose The Acorns, beautifully and tastefully decorated accommodation with everything you could need. The location was great for us and we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the town centre each day. There was a convenience store a minute away which was very handy. We were able to park our car on the drive which made unloading our things easy. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, we slept really well.

Would have preferred a full enclosure (glass door(s)), or a shower curtain for the tub/shower. A list of restaurants, parks, stores, attractions would have put this host at a 11!

The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to highways. We were able to park safely on the street as there were cars in the driveway. The hosts left breakfast food and water available a which served as a great start to the day. It was gracious and generous.

I'd never been to the area. It's lovely. A short distance from downtown with great eateries, grocery stores, charity shops and a lovely park allow the river. The accomodation was very comfortable. The host was very attentive and helpful. It's 20-30mins from the airport and pretty much a straight shot to London (Hyde Park) by car. There are a few nice towns in area as well. It's about a 1.5 hr drive down to Brighton; also a pretty straight shot.

The shower is excellent with an abundance of hot water but the shower rose needs some attention to fix it's hold properly.

We had the White Acorn room on the first floor.It has a wonderfully modern, spacious bedroom with lots of natural light. This was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house. The hostess was very welcoming.

Walls a bit thin. Not the property's fault but despite clearly laid out house rules we were woken at 1am and again at 3am by another room despite asking them to reduce the noise.

Loved it all.

The property is very stylish, spacious and well equipped. It is just 15 mins walk from Marlow centre, safe neighbourhood and drive for 2 cars. We would love to stay again & can highly recommend the property. Large bedroom with his & hers wardrobes (& hangers and shelves), drawer unit and hairdryer. Lovely quality bed linen. Lounge is exactly as the photos and the ‘kitchen’ unit offered everything you need - 4x cutlery / crockery + Lavazza machine and pods + toaster / kettle (& all the stuff to wash up etc). Bathroom was spacious- shower attachment over the bath, tricky to shower at height with the slanting roof. Toiletries provided. Recommend- Thames Path walk from Marlow to Henley is beautiful and peaceful - 8 miles. Recommend- Rebellion brewery and shop - 5 mins away.
