Odd smell in kitchen. Broken toilet seat that Pinched my daughter’s leg. Needs dusting in areas like behind the tv in living room.

There wasn’t anything that needed improving. Found it difficult to get food delivered but this was not due to the property or host but the place we delivered from as Ubers found the property very easily.

The property itself was gorgeous with great high ceilings and large bedrooms. The host was extremely accommodating providing key spots for drink and food and clear instructions on how to access the house and utilities. Would definitely stay again.

Few features could do with an upgrade but for the money and the likely hood it's used alot by groups over families it was great value.

Great location and great price. Bonus to have parking directly outside too. Nice comfy beds and great for us with a family of teens to have a bedroom each.

Not enough bowls (2) for a family of four, no downstairs toilet (just a shower - our misunderstanding), shower water only tepid, beds very soft, house not well cleaned when we arrived (rubbish pushed under sofa, medications left in a box in the lounge, pans and crockery sticky to touch, linen from previous users left hanging to dry and taking up space), blackout curtains would have been better for sleeping than white vertical blinds. Very easily solved and did not detract from our overall enjoyment.

Reasonably quiet location on non-match days, good spacious living and dining rooms, plenty of windows for light and ventilation, attentive and kind host, spare slippers to wear in the house, washer-drier very handy, powerful shower.

I liked the whole property. Cleanliness, fasciitis and arrangements. The host was connected through out and made sure that everything is taken care off.

Nothing to really dislike about it here. Great budget property

The property was close to everything. Perfect if you’re there for the football as you can see Liverpool stadium from the window. Close up. Uber really cheap in to town, great for a group of people staying on a budget

Excellent location. spacious for our family visit. good owner correspondence, free permit parking. tidy and comfortable. went to Liverpool Empire theatre, only a short 10-12 min drive into city centre. Stones throw from Anfield stadium.

The rooms are clean, bright and spacious enough, and the proximity to the stadium makes it easy to get around. The landlord is very welcoming and nice to deal with.

Cleanliness, kitchen and bathroom needed really good clean, Bath had a big crack in it, couldn't safely be used. Stayed two nights but didn't cook in the kitchen. Table had a curtain, complete with runners, being used as a table cloth. Ant infestation on bottom floor, any food not in sealed boxes soon became covered in ants.

The house is a bit run down .Not cleaned properly,holes in the walls .The owner kept messaging me about different things should be done like closing the outside gates , keeping the blinds closed as security measure , reminding me to return the parking permit and so .So he was over concerned about his property but didn't really cleaned it or renovated .Chairs were old and dated .

The host was messaging me a lot lol .A dn also called me . Usually I do prefer to have check in instructions by email .He sent me a Whatsap message last night at 22:26 to remind me about check out time .I already knew it .
