Location was amazing, right on the river, very central, apartment was immaculate and a bonus, two bathrooms! Very spacious.

A few more mugs, a tea towel and some hand soap in the kitchen and both bathrooms would have been great.

The flat has two separate heating control panels - one was working when we arrived but the other wasn't so the radiators in the bathroom, hall and bedrooms were all cold. Not ideal when it was cold and wet outside! This was fixed by the management company after a couple of phone calls and a visit.

Fantastic location and amazing views of the estuary and harbour area. Very clean and modern inside. Comfortable beds.

The property was perfect, no issues. We didn’t use the allocated parking as had a large car and access was a bit tight due to a parked vehicle but there was parking on the front in off peak season that was great.

We booked the apartment at the end of our road trip before heading to Europe because it had a washer/dryer and we could wash all our clothes before the next leg of our trip. Unfortunately the washing machine wasn't working but the managers hadn't been told by the owner. We attempted to wash our clothes and then the machine stopped half way through the wash and we then had to wash all the clothes in the bath tub.

Apartment was lovely and well equipped. View was amazing and walking distance to everything. Right in the heart of town.

There are lots of stairs to the apartment which is on the 2nd floor so maybe not so good for oldies (we managed although most of us are in our seventies!) The parking space for the car is a little walk away and a bit too far to carry bags so after we parked the car, and located the apartment, we went back to the car and drove round to drop off our bags before returning to the parking space. This was ok for us but may not suit others. However none of this detracted from a lovely stay and is just for information.

Lovely apartment in a great location with amazing views. Very quiet, warm and comfortable in November. Close to lots of small shops and cafes/restaurants all within walking distance so it was easy to pop back to the apartment at any time.

On arrival it was not at all clear where to park. Then it was equally unclear where the front door to the flat was. They need to meet and greet. It would have totally changed the whole experience, especially after a very long journey with traffic problems etc Also no milk in the fridge. So no coffee or tea on arrival. Poor that

Some lightbulbs missing and a marked quilt, would consider these as only minor issues. The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss.

It was quite soulless. There were no pictures on the hooks already hanging. Easily rectified Perhaps they were taken down for a reason.

It was all about location and that was perfect. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen.

Grab rails and shelf in the shower would be helpful.

The view over the harbour, convenience of bars, restaurants etc. Quality furniture, bathroom and kitchen fittings.

Cannot think of anything which is unusual these days ...and I'm fussy!!

No breakfast - accomodation only. View could not have been bettered and was very peaceful. Lovely and clean, comfy beds and so warm. Well equipped kitchen even though I didn't use most of it. Bathrooms were brilliant. Will recommend to friends and I hope to come again myself.

It was quite cold when we arrived, it would of been nice to have the heating on, upon arrival. Also I do think in the winter the flat would benefit from having curtains in the lounge.
