(a) it's noisy during rush hours, even though it's on a side street. Local drivers probably use it as a shortcut to avoid the city center. (b) the bathroom is very small (c) unusual check-out time (you have to leave the apartment by 9:00 AM), which was non-negotiable in our case

(a) very good location: a 10-minute walk to the city center, the same distance to the train station (b) the apartment is well-equipped and very clean; you will find everything you need: a coffee maker, toaster, iron, etc.

The location, close to central Winchester was excellent. I had a little trouble due to my wife's dependency on a wheelchair which made it somewhat difficult as the footpaths in Winchester are not always wheelchair friendly but that said we did manage to get to the Cathedral and other points of interest. The hosts were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. Would I stay there again? definitely yes.

Nice apartment, perfect and comfortable for a couple with all mod cons and nice touches. Perfect location for walk into winchester centre, cathedral, grand Hall etc. Plenty to see and do. Nice walks around city, St Catherine's hill etc. We left the car with provided permit, and walked everywhere. Very convenient. Nice distance to jog down to winchester parkrun. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was great that we were able to park outside the property for free, and also that Winchester High Street was only a ten-minute stroll away. Communication from Emma and Bev was excellent throughout the booking process, and we really appreciated their flexibility.

Kitchen tap needs fixing. Should be clearer to leave the parking permit in the car with the folder attached. The folder said no need to remove, meaning the ticket on it not the folder itself. Luckily we don't seem to have had a ticket.

The apartment was comfy, warm, clean and had all the equipment we needed to make our stay perfect. Location was ideal and hosts were quick to respond to questions. I wish all hosts were like this. We were fortunate to have a parking space in front of the apartment too.

We loved the location, the apartment which has a well appointed kitchen, and the small living area for relaxing in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and safe visit to Winchester. The owners are excellent and kind, helping with anything that we required. Thank you so much!

The only complaint is the heater in the bathrom should be turned off at all times, very dangerous as small bathroom and could be easily burnt.

The only problem is we are from Canada and could not call or use WIFI until we we let into the appt. We were luck our son met us there as he lives in Winchester, if not it would have been difficult to get in. I believe for people coming from another country the code should be emailed before they leave Canada.

Parking was a little hit and miss even with the parking permit but we managed to find a space most days.

Location was great for what we needed. Little 10 mins or so out of town. Apartment was fabulous great shower, Kitchen has everything and more that you would need. Hosts were both lovely and friendly.

Nothing really. The en suite was very compact but very clean and had everything we needed. I think if there had been four of us it might have been a bit of a problem but it was fine for the two of us.

Great location. Short (but steep) walk in to city centre. Surprisingly well equipped kitchen and although the apartment was quite compact there was everything we could need for a long weekend. The bed was comfy, the wifi was good and there was a lot fitted into a small space without it looking cramped.

The apartment was in a great location, very well equipped and good value, overall we couldn’t really fault anything 10 out of 10, there is also a nice courtyard to catch the sun.
