Being very tall I don't get on very well with footboards at the end of the bed (in this case a foot-bar) but that's my problem. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and the bed has a loud creak when moving around in bed. Other than that, it's a great value apartment, great location.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Both bedrooms had a double bed. There was a little courtyard to sit in. The apartment was near a small Tesco and several takeaways. It is only a 10-15 min walk to the coast. The owners live on site and were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge and advice. Very quiet road, reasonably close to anywhere you want to visit in town. Also a great base to visit other Dorset attractions. Thomas Hardy fans must arrange an excellent guided tour of the Hardy family home in the woods close to Dorchester.

breakfast wasn't included, but left t milk and orange juice in the fridge and a nice welcome pack of biscuits and crisps. we liked the facilities in the accommodation and the fact that it was away from the main house and nice and quiet.The owner was always readily on hand if needed.

Nothing everything was all good.

Nice essentials hamper on arrival. Location was close to Weymouth but away enough for peace and quite. The information book was full of good places to visit and numbers for facilites nearby. Nice fluffy towels and other extras. All good. The local bus stop was close proximity to. Local pub was warm and friendly. The Park.

It was a 15 min walk from train station and same for the beach it was not next to a busy road so we heard no noise from the traffic or other quest it was a very relaxing stay the hosts were very welcoming loved it all round

Literally only criticism is that there isn't a lock of the bathroom door, however there is several pretty rocks and wedges that keep the door closed firmly whilst inside

Lovely property in a lovely area, close to all amenities and transport routes. Scenic suburban walk to a beautiful marsh RSPB site also. Easy to talk to owners who provided everything needed and a lovely little hamper full of snacks which was an appreciated extra

Good communication from owner and a warm welcome. Chris the owner was very helpful with local knowledge. We had a private entrance to the aparment with off road parking, a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach and harbour. Welcome pack for us and our dog was a nice touch. Very clean and all basic equipment for our stay.
