Great location in Old Didcot. Central to the town, but surprisingly quiet. Actually felt quite rural. I used to live in Didcot and knew the area very well, so was quite surprised by the rural feel to the area! Enjoyed reading about some of the old houses and looking at the historic pictures in the guest book! The Annex is compact, but has everything a couple will need for a stay there.

A bit of a walk from public transportation.

Very nice little cottage. I appreciated the privacy with separate entrance and room not in direct contact with the main building minimising the risk of disturbing the landlord.

One teeny tiny niggle. The mattress was very soft, springy and bouncy - if one person moved, so did the other! But it’s a small gripe.

Beautiful little place. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely great. Oh and ‘check in’ was super smooth and it was a very short walk from the station.

A chaise rather than a 2 seater would have provided a little more comfort downstairs and the cushions were a little flat

Location was in a lovely street and very quiet at night. KItchen was well appointed for our needs and there was a lovely Pub approx 50 metres away. Bedroom upstairs was very cosy and comfortable.

First place that did not provide even a starter supply if tea, sugar,coffee and a little milk. Have stayed in over 50 Booking.com and Air BNB places and this was a standard inclusion regardless of price. Just a suggestion.

Not that i personally didnt like it, but the bedroom area is a converted attic, so the roof slopes which could be a consideration for some people, it would be tight for two people to get changed or move around, but the ensuite is right next to the bedroom so it's easy to share the space. It was fine for us and we didn't really have problems with it, especially considering the location and furnishings.

Above on the keys: they were in a safe location and we received a private email to let us know how and where to collect them, they were very secure. The beds were great, the area was useful, only a 5-10 minute drive from where you wanted to be around didcot/abingdon and the space was lovingly decorated; everything matched and coordinated, it felt thought-out and cared-for. As an apartment it had all expected furnishings and some complimentary water. Decent parking space for one car. TV is a smart TV, so we could log into Streaming services, and there's free wifi with a private password too (i believe separate from the main property). Plenty of space and sockets for appliances and belongings, and a sofa to relax on. Everything looks and feels new

The mattress on the bed was too bouncy for our liking and could have been firmer. The base cushions on the settee were a little to soft and had problems getting up ..(maybe it’s my age ) these are not a negative reflection of the apartment just a personal note as everyone has different tastes and likes

The apartment was great had everything that you needed for your short stay. Bathroom had plenty of room to move around and shower was really good. The bedroom had plenty of room to move around and lots of storage space. TV was good lots of channels to watch. Location was amazing ..close to shops, station and pubs

A little bit more cleaning needed, there were some cobwebs and towel rack needed cleaning. The mattress could've been a little firmer. Having additional pantry staples like tea/coffee/sugar would've been good as most places offer this.

Great property and location. Host was excellent. The property was decorated nicely and had the basic ammeneties. Was very cosy but felt spacious for a small property. Was very close to a big shopping centre and high street. Lots of parks around. The area was nice and quiet. Will definitely be visiting again.

Nothing it was just perfect for us. The Annex is on a lovely street in old Didcot. Easy walk to the railway station.

Lovely place comfortable. Everything you could need. Smart TV fast broadband. Private off road parking Easy walk to pubs and restaurants. Very friendly host. Not intrusive though. We had a brilliant stay visiting friends in the area

Everything was great, meeting or above my expectation. Some sugar and tea would be very helpful.

The property was clean, very pleasant and comfortable. Bedding and linens were nice. I didnt cook, but fridge, microwave, oven and hob in the kitchen, would help anyone in a longer stay. Location and neighbouring area is nice, and just a short walk to the train station/buses.

we came down too see our son and daughter in law and this place is only around corner from them it was very nice clean pleasent place very tidy very quiet and so easy great all round i will certainly look to book again wheni am down to see family again

The ceilings in the bedroom/bathroom were low Also wish there was a glass/tumbler in the bathroom. We tried to use the one from the kitchen but as it was a small sink in the bathroom it was difficult to use
