What a beautiful apartment, quality furnishings and everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is impeccably clean! The most Amazingly comfortable bed 😊 had the best night sleep! The enclosed garden is lovely ,great to sit out in the morning with a cuppa listening to the birds. Great location easy walk to shops and beach. I highly recommend booking this property you won’t be disappointed…. 10/10

It’s quite an enclosed space and feels like it would benefit from having a view rather than looking out onto a fenced patio area. Needs better lighting in the kitchen - over the cooking and sink areas.

When I have stayed here with my son he takes the bedroom i do find the bed settee a little bit uncomfortable. I think maybe a mattress topper would do wonders, maybe put in the cupboard for use.

Very high standard of design, facilities and comfort. Quiet area, away from main roads, but easy to get to. I rarely stop at a place more than 1 or 2 nights - would be happy to stop here for a week.

Some noise from the lane as it was gravel / stone so car tyres were quite loud. Given the heat a bedroom fan would have been a bonus

The chair in lounge is quite wobbly, but we sat on sofa instead so no big deal.

It’s a lovely place, hidden away, extremely close to the beach too!! Everything you need is provided!! Great to be allowed pets too.

We've just returned from a stay at The Annexe. It was a lovely place to stay, the facilities were brilliant and The Annexe was equipped with everything you could possibly need, well kept and clean! Communication from the owners was excellent and I would highly recommend anybody to stay here 🙂

This property was a Diamond in an obscure place.. extremely comfortable with plenty of useful yet inobstrusive signage.

Property was perfect with nothing to dislike. Taller guests than us might prefer a larger double bed. Beach is shingle so take thick soled shoes, which we did. This meant we were able to explore rock pools, etc, at low tide, when we saw myriad birds as well as sole fishermen/dog walkers enjoying the quiet shoreline.

Accommodation was stylish, comfortable and clean. Perfect size for the two of us. Loved the LED lights in the large velux window! Pictures on Booking.com did not do it justice. Cute outdoor area. Very convenient off road parking right outside the property door, very quiet area with cut through footpaths direct to the beach and lagoon area. Took a short drive to the Chichester Harbour village of Bosham, well worth a visit.

The property was spotless and had everything we needed. Being able to bring our 2 small dogs was fantastic. The location was perfect - 5 minutes walk from the beach. We just weren't there long enough! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
