It would be good to replenish the tea coffee and leave some milk in the room without guest having to ask. There was no washing up liquid nor a sponge to wash dishes. Had to ask, would have been good for these to be made available without guests having to ask. Also the hand wash in the bathroom was refilled with washing liquid instead of proper hand-wash. Apart from the minor details, it is a great place to stay.

The property offers everything for a comfortable stay away from home. Nice comfortable bed, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine in the room. Plates, cups and cutleries was there. Free parking on street right in front of property. Nice and responsive staffs.

I don't like the way someone will come in the morning and knock on the door just to indirectly remind you that you are checking out today! Non of us need reminding! Check out time is 10:30 am, atleast they should respect that.

The lady gave me a downstairs room but I requested an upstairs room and she was happy to get the room ready for me. I really appreciate her effort. Free parking on street next to the property was a bonus.

The bed was slightly creaky and there was a school nearby so as we stayed on a weekday it was a little noisy with the school kids but that can't be helped as the location is the location. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay, excellent value for money and the entire place was spotless clean which for me is the most important factor. I'd definitely stay again.

The property was VERY clean - easily a 10/10 for that which for me is the most important part of any stay. This place was cleaner then some popular chain hotels I've stayed in so their cleaner/s are definitely on point. The caretaker Davidson was extremely polite, friendly and made sure we got in OK. He even knocked on a little after our arrival to check we were settling in OK - he's an absolute credit employee to the owners and a fine example of what excellent customer service should look like everywhere in my opinion - I cannot praise him enough. The road has free street parking which was ideal and we were lucky enough to get a space right outside which was great. Netflix was available to watch which was a nice bonus and the internet well without any glitches. The owner sent an email with everything we needed to know beforehand which was extremely useful so it was a seamless process. Very happy and I'd recommend staying here as you get great value for your money.

The radiator was not on and it was super cold. The stuff tried all they can do to turn it on but failed. That was the only down side.

The property was amazingly clean and easy to find. The room is exactly as it’s shown on #booking.com, no filters. The customer service is extremely good because they were just a phone call away. Overall the property is beautiful and clean.

The room interior design was very modern and satisfying. Plenty of soft pillows and hangers were provided. The owner was very friendly and communicative over text, was able to assist with any request during the stay. The communal kitchen on each floor was my favourite as it includes all the basic cooking facilities. Good location to public transport.

The staff member was surprised when I arrived. He had some problem checking me in and double checked my reservation. He was probably angry that I didn't pay much for the accommodation and the price on booking.com soon went up very much for the same room. Very unprofessional behaviour. Also, the same man was loud all afternoon and evening. He deliberately banged doors and cabinets, probably while cleaning the rooms above and next to me. I was leaving for the airport in the middle of the night and I couldn't close my eyes even for a moment. There should hire professional cleaner who knows how to clean hotels as my room wasn't clean and the bedspread had white stains.

Towels could have been provided. I arrived in the dark very difficult to see the street was very dark no signage other than on the wall of the Prperty behind a hedge. The mattress had seen better days and there were no spare blankets I personally found it a little cold. .A little too small and compact if there were 2 people.

Easy to contact the owner when I could not gain access. Convenient for me on this occasion The room was exceptionally clean and for a longer stay had all facilities including a washing machine.

The only issue that we had was the mattress, it had wires and we could feel them when turning on bed. That made it hard to sleep or turn. Wish the bed issues are fixed so that one can have a relaxing comfortable sleep.

This was our second time to the property and am glad that we did go there again. The place was stunning, clean and warm. It’s a bit small but it has everything you would need to make your stay pleasant. The property care takers was on site and super helpful and polite. The owners of the property are just a phone call away in case of any anything .

The location was in a very bad part of West Drayton. An ex council house and probably a drug den with prostitutes on the corner and trash all over the streets. The room was unbelievably tiny and the bed was the worst I have ever stayed in a hotel. Bobbly cheap sheets, cheap crappy pillows and what I can only describe as a child’s mattress - the width of my hand in depth with a metal cheap base. My husband and I barely fit on the bed and we both had aches and pains in the morning, tossing and turning all night. Probably one of the worst places and I should have booked a Premier inn. The only reason I booked it was for the free street parking, the kitchen and the washing machine. I washed my clothes twice and I had to throw away garments because the wrecked them in the dryer. The first night we got sopping wet towels placed on our bed that smelt of mildew. The bathroom was tiny too and the bath rug stank of mildew and was dirty as anything. All in all a terrible experience.

Upstairs tenants were very noisy, dragging and dropping things in the middle of the night. The other room, next to my room, TV so loud and you hear everything even at midnight. I have to knocked the wall inorder for them to lower down their voices. My Tv or Netflix not working in my room. The whole stayed was not pleasant, I didn’t have a good sleep . It’s a house, I expected a block of flats. On advert , one bedroom or studio flat. It’s deceiving. Not worth the money and I don’t recommend.
