We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't great. Only told about salmon running out when I went to order. Then ordered a breakfast sandwich to be told they had no brioche rolls. The egg inside was hard and overcooked and I had to ask for fresh ones. The bed was fairly hard and with 2 mattresses pushed together not the most comfortable to sleep on
Location was great, free parking, nice extra touches since we were there for our anniversary.

Fabulous last minute stay at this lovely hotel, which is brilliantly situated opposite the theatres near to the river. The room/bathroom was very luxurious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

United KingdomThe shower head was at a weird high angle. I had newly washed hair and didn’t want to get it wet so attempted to lower the shower. It came out if the holder I was unable to refit it properly..
I often stay here and was delighted that I was allocated the room I first stayed in several years ago with my husband who died last year. Happy memories. I had a view of the Swan theatre and the river. The bed is very comfortable. There was an issue with the shower over the bath but I was assured it would be put right. There are biscuits, apples, popcorn, hot chocolate, real coffee and various teas on the hospitality tray. Breakfast is excellent with a buffet offering French fruit including melon, and fresh pineapple, mixed seeds and flaked almonds as well as the usual cereal and dried fruit

United KingdomThe bathroom was a little tired and the bathroom sink didn't empty very quickly. The shower could have done with a steam clean especially in the corners. There are lots of stairs which didn't bother us but they might not be for everyone. Didn't notice if there were any rooms on the ground floor.
The property has an excellent location and the reception staff were very friendly. Large car park onsite and the breakfast was excellent. The room had all the facilities that you needed.

From the very warm greeting and booking in process to final check out - such service. Our spacious room was warm, large, well decorated with a very clean and spacious bathroom. The public rooms are very inviting and breakfast was excellent, (loved the "Virgin Mary) I ordered "eggs royale" with the eggs being cooked to perfection, the waiter could not do enough to make sure I enjoyed everything. I congratulate all of the staff on providing such a warm, friendly, inviting hotel, from taking our bags and showing us to our room to offering to do the same in the pouring rain at our check out. (I declined with thanks as no need for three of us to get soaked) We shall certainly stay there again.
