Cosy, comfortable and friendly unique place to stay. Welcoming atmosphere and had everything you needed. Ideal location between the piers.

The breakfast was excellent, Steve and Elaine put on a lovely breakfast and couldn't do enough to make our stay a comfortable one, anything we asked for Steve made sure it was available,

What a wonderful stay we had. Steve and Elaine were wonderful hosts. Such a lovely quirky place. Everything done with attention to detail. Even a stick of rock. Absolute credit to them both for such a wonderful b and b. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Will definitely be returning. Also in a great location and nice to have some where to park your car for a small fee. All in all we had a fabulous stay 10/10.

Breakfast excellent with many choices for vegetarians. Room/bed very comfortable. Good location near trams/buses. Elaine & Steve very welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay there.

Super little B and B .Spotlessly clean..All the rooms were decorated individually, all had little extra touches. Elaine and Steve were lovely hosts,made my friend and I feel most welcome.. Breakfasts were great.. A two minute walk to the sea front and all the attractions Could not fault it at all. Would definitely stay again .

Nothing, it was brilliant

Guest house was so clean and the hosts were so friendly and attentive. Room was amazing and bed was extremely comfortable and a lovely powerful shower. Breakfast was so varied and extremely delicious. Would highly recommend this guest house.

A hidden gem on St Chads Road, exactly where the tram stops. A beautifully quirky quality property with wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts. Steve and Elaine were on hand to point us in the right direction with a wealth of knowledge about Blackpool. They made myself and 12 year old son feel welcome throughout our stay. Car parking close by too. A cosy bar opens up to chat about the town and its facilities whilst enjoying an evening drink. Thoroughly recommended and looking forward to our next stay. Thank you :)

I loved the Decor and it was very clean. The bed was so comfy, I had everything I needed and a lovely room overall.

My son and I stayed for 3 evenings, and could not rate this place highly enough. From before we arrived, staff were fantastic, phoning to let us know room was ready earlier than anticipated and generally being available on the build up to holiday to communicate with. Room/hotel was clean and immaculate, with quirky little details in the decor, and thoughtful extras (e.g. nice coffee, biscuits, toiliteries in room etc). Unique decor around the guest house makes you want to stop, look and appreciate it. Also, very much appreciated a fan in the bedroom as weather temperatures hiked up to 30! Breakfast was fantastic, with heaps of selection available - loved the little fruit buffet and lovely coffee before ordering the hot food. Owners were so friendly and chatty and made you feel at ease. I have never stayed in a guest house like this before, and doubt I would stay anywhere else when in Blackpool now. Highly recommending to all my friends - just loved it.
