The general area wasn't very pleasing, a lot of closed restaurants. However, the facility itself has a good price quality ratio.

Good price quality ratio. The owner is very sweet and forthcoming. We received a warm welcome and were overall satisfied with our short stay visiting the Tank Museum in nearby Bovington. We only used the facility for sleeping more or less. The room was "cozy", but I gues standard UK size with a coffeemaker, water kettle, instant coffee as well as pods and tea, small fridge (for a few drinks or snacks), towels, shampoo, soap, slippers and a complimentary good night package included. Also a nice small garden in thd back. We didn't miss anything. Coach and train stations right around the corner as well as the big ASDA shop and a Mc Donald if desperate (wink)

The TV did not have good reception and we could not watch all the channels, because we had our doggy with us we were back in the room early evening therefore wanted to watch TV.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and we liked the welcome pack for the dog. Host very friendly and breakfast nice. Managed to park on the drive so we were very grateful for that. The host said there were lots of dogs staying -we were lucky that only one other couple were at breakfast the same time as us as we were not sure how all the dogs would behave at breakfast.

I can not say that there is anything I didn't like. What would be useful is a shelf by the sink in room 1. Other than that, it was perfect for me.

The hotel was I a great position, walking distance of the town, the beach and close to the rail station if I come next time on the train. I was born in Boscombe, and it was ideal for doing my memory tour.

Excellent size room with large bed, had everything I needed for a two night stay. It was really clean, easy location to wander into town and to the beach, and very close to the station. Lucy was a wonderful host!

The room didn't have curtains, and the the shutters didn't close completely. It did make sleep a bit of a problem, but it's not the be all and end all.

The person attending to me when I arrived was kind enough to arrange transportation for me to the airport same day. They were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities in the room were sufficient for the length of the stay.
