The room we booked said we'd have a mini bar and a coffee machine!!! We got a kettle and no mini bar.

Room was small bathroom was very small it all just felt cramped for only two people and the walls are too thin we could hear next rooms conversations we were in an upgraded room as they said but didn’t feel like it the breakfast was very poor (cold) and had to wait for things to be replenished I wouldn’t even say it was busy. There was close parking but wasn’t given clear enough directions for their parking and so ended up in the wrong one. Thought I was getting a good deal on the price for a hotel(chain) that has a good reputation but disappointed that I was only saving a few £ compared to a chain over the road but at least I know for next time.

There was no body wash in shower the 2 nights we stayed there. We had to go out and buy some. The iron just leaked all over the place. Only lamps in the room no big light and one of the lamps did not work. We went down for breakfast at 8am each morning and the scrambled egg and beans were just warm

The location close to docks and Matthew Street and we could walk from Lime Street Station. Bed comfy beautiful view from our room and the room was huge

Adult pool should be for Adults , A lot of familys using the pool with small children . This did not spoil our stay . Just an observation .

Hate hotel rooms with windows that don’t open. I can imagine even with air con it could be stuffy in the warm weather with no fresh air.

Could hear the couple next door arguing. Informed reception they went up but they continued. Walls are paper thin and we could hear each word. Lifts were also ridiculously slow and we struggled getting one.

Towel in my room was dirty as it has used before sent to my room. No shower gel in the bathroom , We used hand wash gel to take shower.

We had a bad nights sleep and left early due to an issue with the toilet . The staff did attend to sort however on leaving the receptionist didn’t offer any compensation just said sorry

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR. LOOKED LIKE THE CHEAPEST SAUSAGES ON THE PLANET AND NO MUSHROOMS. THERE WASNT A GREAT CHOICE OF ANYTHING, INCLUDING YOGURT. I JUST HAD THE VERY SMALL PASTRIES. THE CAR PARK IS NOT EASY TO FIND, NEEDS MORE SIGNAGE. WE ENDED UP IN THE NEARBY NCP WHICH COST US MORE.

I found the staff at reception to be rude and abrupt they certainly needed some people skill training. Having stayed at this hotel before and did not encounter this i was very disappointed this time. They certainly didn't have the right manner to be the first point of contact for customers

The bathroom is quite small. Negative was you could hear everything from the rooms around you, next door was having a phone call at 1am and couldn’t sleep. Also the double bed isn’t a double it’s two singles put together.

I liked the view from the room, the room was decent size which was great. Very good location for where I needed to be, felt safe walking around at night. Had an issue with the room when I first got there (curtains and the nets weren’t clean) and the staff changed the room for me so that was appreciated and the view was just as good. Overall would stay again as it was a great location to what I needed

Although the hotel is advertised as having a restaurant in reality it only offered pizzas and pastas. In the rooms, there was room service advertised but again these were things like pastas and curry. Not what we expected. It would have been better to state this on the hotel website so as not to raise expectations.

The room was clean although not very big. We were on the 11th floor and had what appeared to be a refurbished bathroom, with a large walk in shower where the bath would have been. All the staff were excellent especially the breakfast staff. Bar area a little soulless, but spacious . Lovely views over the city and river.
