1st morning the cook was off sick. Why there wasn't a stand in who knows 🤷. Was looking forward to a full English. Never went for breakfast again. ☹️ Room was very warm. Imagine in the summer that's a negative. But in the winter a big plus.

Room was a nice size. 2 televisions. That was a 1st. Tea and coffee making equipment will never go a miss. Bed was very comfortable. And the room was nice and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

No air con!! Didn’t sleep well cos it was so unbelievably stuffy and can only open the window about 6inches max so had to sleep with curtains wide open to get as much air in as possible

Only slight gripe was that the pillows were not particularly comfortable. But fine to put up with for a night or two.

The breakfast exceeded expectations which was a great surprise given that it was just downstairs. We appreciated the location as it was only a short walk to the docks. The room was really well put together, the space was maximised, all the essential were provided and clear how to use. We enjoyed the funky style of the hotel, it was good to have some character alongside the professional service.

The included wifi was immensely poor, to the extent that even the TV was buffering, resulting in us not using the wifi at all.

The staff were incredibly friendly, informative and attentive from the moment we entered the doors which created an amazing experience. The rooms were immaculate, clean, fresh, and stunning. Absolutely loved the vibes.

I changed room from a room that was so hot and difficult to cool down to a room which was luckily a little cooler, but still very hot! With windows that only open a slither, it is very difficult to cool a room down. Your staff were incredible and made sure I had a number fans to cool down the room, but in truth the fans were very noisy! This isn't a complaint though, as everything was handled brilliantly by your staff, and I loved my room, but just a note for future hot days!

Your staff were exceptional. Your breakfast super tasty. And a great location for walking around Liverpool. The record players in the room and the big selection of vinyl was a lovely touch. The room design is lovely too.

Only little thing was that our kettle didn't work.

What a find! Fab location for us, being a 15 min walk to the docks and 20 mins from the station. Nice comfy bed, lovely shower and loved that there were a range of glasses in the room 🥂 🍷 Lovely warm welcome from Danny on arrival. Would definitely book again, such good value.

The breakfast was just ok,but too expensive for what you get .fruit juice with breakfast add 2quid cereal is an extra as well...come on a full english with toast fruit juice and cereal . reckon about 20 quid

TV reception was not good. Just one tap in the bathroom - a beautiful one just not very practical.

We found a couple jewelry items belonging to a previous guest on the floor, including a very large earring and a chain. There was only one key, and it stopped working twice so we had to go down to the reception to get it taken care of. The room was quite pricey, so we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

The room was decorated beautifully, and above all it was silent which is always my main concern travelling for work.

The fact we could cast movies from our phones to the TV was amazing, hotel 'tv' is usually awful but this was ace. The look of the place was great. The room was great, if not maybe a little bit too hot. The person that welcomed us couldn't have been better, super friendly and helpful and went out his way for us. I'm sure his name was Danny(?) The staff the next morning weren't as great, although Not awful.. We felt like we had done something wrong by asking for breakfast as the guy who served us seemed like he either hated his job or was annoyed by our presence. I'm not gonna downvote because of this as we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very modern with little quirky touches and beautiful decor. Staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble from putting our bags in the room after we arrived back late to arranging Ubers. The location was perfect a little out of town, but with it's own buzzing neighbourhood. Loved everything about this hotel only regret our stay was too short!

More selection of tea bags in the room and to be able to turn the radiator off in the bathroom as it was getting very warm. The room was very compact so fine for a night. The light on the mirror doesn't turn off so it was shining through the night.

Could leave bags due to no early check in. Room with a nice kettle and comfy bed.
