Caravan was very comfy & clean & tidy, had everything we required! Accessible for walking either to Stratford or Tiddington.

The caravan was very well appointed and in a fabulous position close to the river and a only a short walk into Stratford-upon-Avon. The caravan and the park is dog friendly and has a dog walking field right next to it.

Can't really fault anything really the whole stay was brilliant. Only thing I can say tho is the bin could of been a little bigger in the kitchen area but that's all really.

We loved the space that was inside nice and large we were surprised how much was In there it had all we needed for a self catering accommodation. Comfy beds a lovely gas cooker a nice fridge freezer. TV was a big one in the lounge area plus 2 more on each bedroom. We went during storm babet so we didn't use the decking otherwise it looks a nice place to sit out in the sun. There's a Riverside bar on site that do great food.

nothing really. only things that need looking at is the shower tray does not drain away quick enough, if two people take showers one after another they have to wait for shower tray to drain away. a little more light over the outside steps, the solar lights have gone out by morning and it's dark these winter morning when you go out to walk dog. the gas safe certificate displayed next to the boiler is out of date by 3 months, a new one should be displayed.

This venue is very dog friendly. Massive field to let them run free and play. The site is very clean and beautiful. The caravan was spotless clean. Only 5 minutes from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. The host was very friendly, excellent communications and went over above to allow us to bring all out dogs with us. Thank you so much 💓

Instructions on linen was a little vague. Pillows were there, we needed mattress sheets, duvets covers, pillow cases, towels.and hand towels. Sofa bed is not a pull-out bed, but an L-shaped sofa, with each part of the L sized for an individual. I had to pop out for 2 unfitted single sheets for this.

Very clean. Nice site. Within easy reach of Stratford town centre. Well appointed kitchen, with enough crockery and cups for the six of us. TVs with tuners in every room. Very reasonable internet access. Outside seating was a nice addition, especially being on the same level as the front door - very handy for our limited mobility member. Ample loo roll and some limited toiletries provided. Great value for money.

Nice caravan, very well looked after and clean. Site is nice and quiet only short walk from the town, has great facilities and big area for dogs to run around. We will definitely comeback 😊

The only thing I can fault is that there is not much cupboard storage in the kitchen for your food. Only a minor fault I know.

the small bed room is a bit smelly; better to highlight that the bed linen should be self-prepared or use with extra charge on booking webpage.

Only negatives were peanuts found on the lounge carpet and numerous cobwebs above the lounge curtains. Nothing a 5 minute clean wouldn't have sorted so no major issue and didn't affect our stay.

Caravan in quiet location and was spotlessly clean. Everything you need for self catering. Beds comfortable. We were lucky to have fantastic weather and had a wonderful time. We will certainly be back.

The two single beds in the one room were a little too small and close together, but would suit two children.

Riverside facilities excellent, as was the check-in, checkout, proximity to Stratford and the equipment provided in the mobile home itself.
