The off-road lane to reach the property was a challenge for our Ford Fiesta but no damage sustained and well worth the journey.

The best view and scenery near the Black Mountains. Loved the open plan downstairs and comfortable lounge suite. Plenty of information about the area and where to eat and some fascinating books on the history of the area.

The bed was a little soft for my back but that is personal preference and absolutely NOT a complaint

It was so clean!! The views were fantastic, information folder was excellent, a little welcome gift on the table was a lovely touch and everything you could need was there from shower gel to coffee

The mattress didn't have the same quality as the rest of the house (hole). Wouldn't stop us from coming again though :-)

The house is spacious and the location and view are fantastic! If you're looking for a place where you can relax and go for walks in a beautiful area then this is the place to go to. The owners are also very kind.

The lounge furniture could have been more comfortable as it is currently traditional conservatory furniture and would benefit from an upgrade to sofa and armchair set or something similar. More outdoor facilities e.g. a bbq for nice weather would have been nice

The Barn Annexe is situated in a wonderful location, with great opportunity for local walks to enjoy the backdrop of the Brecon Beacons. On our arrival we really appreciated the welcome gift on the table of cookies and chocolate; just what we needed after our journey to Crickadarn.

The location is superb if you really want to escape the hustle and bustle of life for a few days.

It was difficult to have the television reception at a steady volume.

The high location was delightful. Access to it was well documented so no problem. The interior decoration of the barn annex was very attractive.

This was an excellent escape from 21st century busy life immersing ourselves into nature. The Telgarth's working water mill, Witches pool, waterfalls, Pan y Fan within easy access made this break perfect family getaway.

The contact from the owners, They were so attentive prior to our arrival and the directions to the property were much needed. The barn was comfortable and had everything you needed for a few days

Fully equipped house, had every thing that we needed for a stay of a few days. Really secluded and peaceful, lovely views of the hills and the friendly sheep were a particular delight.

Minor point, my accompanying friend is quite tall and found the bed he slept in was a little short in length.

As an amateur astronomer / astro photographer, the location is perfect! The hosts were exceptionally understanding and accommodating of what we were doing in the hours of darkness, and even turned off their car headlights on approach, and parked in an area away from their home on returning from an evening out, to not disturb us, really appreciated that, thank you.

Genuinely would not change a thing.

A very comfortable, spacious and well equipped property. Immaculately clean (which is more important than even these days). Hosts respected our privacy - but when we engaged in conversation they were an absolute delight (interesting, honest and warm folk).
