The bed was too soft, but appreciate that is a personal preference.

Great stay, fabulous bathroom. Everything was perfect apart from the bed was very soft. We are used to a hard mattress that gives you support, so this meant we woke up with bad backs!

It was lovely!

Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the house. Our hosts provided everything we needed and were extremely pleasant and helpful. The combination of mattress, pillows and duvet was the most comfortable ever, by a long way! The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was so easy to regulate (unusual, in my experience). The property is situated in a rural district at the end of a long drive with keypad entry, so security is not a worry. It's a very quiet location, with great skies at night.

Whilst breakfast can't be offered, may be some options could be looked into such provisions for a self made breakfast (sliced bread butter jam etc /croissants as an optional charge as the room had a fridge and toaster.

The room was fabulous,spacious with a comfy bedroom and lovely bathroom all spotlessly clean. The hosts were exceptionally good communicators and very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend. The location is quiet so good for a peaceful night.

Entirely my fault, but I was looking forward to watching a football match and didn't notice when booking that there is no TV in the room. I did book in a hurry last minute and watched the match on my laptop so no problem.

Lovely spacious room, very comfortable. Small fridge with fresh milk for teas and coffees. A quiet location, which was perfect. Very helpful instructions and photos to assist in finding the property.

Lighting along the path leading to the rooms would be helpful, especially in winter months. No TV/radio but that is my own preference and booked in a bit of a hurry. Enjoyable peaceful stay nonetheless. Thank you.

A outside sensor light would be great as it was very dark leaving the property at night time.

The quality of the room was amazing, from the bedding, towels to the toiletries. Lots of lovely finishing touches to make the stay really comfortable. Owner’s instructions for the property was spot on.

Would be amazing if there was a bit of outside space that could be used to chill in and have a cup of tea when you return from a day exploring.

Great location to use as a base to explore Sussex - a very quiet and chilled place to spend a few days. The room was big, lots of space to store suitcases with lovely decor and finishes. We had great food recommendations and pretty much tested them all out - we ate our way through the weekend.

As you arrive, the front of the barn is not very welcoming, especially with the smashed window to the side of the property.

Would benefit from chopping board, serrated knife as difficult to prepare a basic breakfast without. Spiders - property was super clean but clearly no attention was paid to the ceilings/ corners which was a shame as webs and their occupants could have been easily hoovered…

The hosts were great and very, very welcoming upon arrival and every encounter. Very understanding after I arrived later than planned. The place was stunning Now the room. The decor and design was awesome. Very nice and the little touches didn't go unnoticed. The location was a little away from where I wanted to be compared to some friends who stayed in a Premier Inn closer to the venue. However, the drive was worth it and I knew this would be the case. Couldn't be more pleased so thank you guys
