There was only one hook in the bathroom and nowhere to put our towels. Additional hooks or towel rails would have made a lot of difference.

The choice of cereals at breakfast would have been nice.

My only criticism and it's a very fussy minor one is I would have liked fresh milk in the room seeing as we had a fridge as opposed to the UHT pots. Apart from that absolutely nothing at all!

The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Everything you needed including a fridge and coffee machine. We only had drinks in the pub but the atmosphere was good. Breakfast included in the price and was delicious with generous portions. Staff were very polite and professional especially Cerys. Big thank you to everyone. Will definitely be back soon.

Clean and bright ensuite room and beautiful cooked breakfast. We had our evening meal at the pub which was superb. Friendly host and staff, a lovely place to stay. Thanks for our lovely two night stay.

The upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings, which my husband kept forgetting about and was continually banging his head. This was due to the construction of the building, so it was how it was (not a problem for me as I am only 5ft tall!!)

The staff were delightful and the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. It was a lovely stay.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, since we both have back problems but that’s personal choice. The occupants next door were very noisy & didn’t turn off their loud TV until 3am, so that was a pity. That was not the venue’s fault though.

Lovely welcome & very friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. A delicious breakfast. Superb shower too! Thank you!

It doesn’t mention when booking that the restaurant needs to be booked in advance Restaurant closes at 8:30pm & gets busy. You have to prebook your breakfast & give a time.

Rooms were modern, roomy & clean Breakfast was excellent, food in general was good. Friendly local bar in the horse pub where you get your meals

The room was small but well appointed and more than enough for our overnight stay. We ate dinner at The Horse and the food and service were very good. Breakfast was delicious. I had the waffle with streaky bacon and maple syrup - really good!!

There was a slight confusion from staff on checking in, and arriving at breakfast but this was soon sorted and everyone was friendly. Great room and delicious breakfast.

What a awesome little gem the property is. The staff are incredible and the location was perfect for our visit. Off course being attached to the pub is a fantastic experience. Oh and the breakfast is great too

Excellent location for Donington Park, and easy to find as not too far from the M1. Breakfast and dinner were both superb, Ryan the chef exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having a fridge in the room to keep fresh milk for tea and coffee. We also appreciated the availability of a late check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Noisy - we could hear everything from the upstairs room. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

We were in the eve's and I kept bumping my head! But not much they could do really.

Lovely large room, bed was very comfy and shower was great. Parking outside and rooms were in a building adjacent to The Horse Pub. We decided to have a meal in the evening and it was extremely good, Breakfast was also very good and was included in the price of the room.

The edge of the bed is very dangerous. It juts out & is very sharp. I hit my leg on it & it was like a knife going in. Over a week later & it still hasn't healed. I advised that they round the edges as it's solid wood. Plus lighting in the en suite dark. Difficult for my husband shaving. Or me to makeup.

The room looked as if recently done. Very clean & modern. Convenient to have the pub on site to have evening meal as out of town. Breakfast was delicious.
