We have nothing negative to say about our stay at the barn.

The Barn is a stunning place to stay with stunning views and acceptional hosts, right from the offset they welcomed us both with a really friendly manner, they were very attentaive and made us feel very much at ease, the barn it self was exceptionally clean, fresh and very inviting, we had a the perfect room and our own very modern bathroom and shower, the bed itself was really comfortable and relaxing, we were both so happy with our stay and not to forget our breakfast was just the perfect amount to set us up the day. I must add that the poach egg was probably the best poached egg I've had in a very long time! Overall our we rate our stay a 10/10. We will both be definitely returning.

It’s a beautiful place & Liz was a great host. We loved sitting round the fire pit in the evening enjoying the views. Breakfast was lovely too.

Absolutely fabulous bed and breakfast in a stunning location - looking out over the fields eating a yummy breakfast is wonderful! Liz was an absolutely fabulous host and made us feel very welcome. She was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back to the area to enjoy some of the lovely walks and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property is located away from the road, so very peaceful Over looking fields It's an exceptional home, with a warm welcome. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Fluffy white towels, and a nice seating area

Beautiful house, very well maintained.. I couldn’t of asked anymore from the host , plenty of fresh homemade cooked breakfast & liz even took me to my evening location 🤩

Our hosts were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and their home is beautiful. Our room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was first class and liz was really kind and helpful. The views and location of “The Barn” would be hard to beat. Thank you so much for your hospitality 😀😀

Sat nav was totally confused!

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Host was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Very good pub nearby.

Beautiful set of rooms - comfortable bedroom, large bathroom with great shower and delightful seating area with garden view. It is very well-equiipped with fridge, coffee-making facilities, gorgeous fluffy towels and bathrobes. There were lovely local walks, and it's an easy drive to Stratford or Warwick. A friendly welcome and superb breakfast (special vegan selection) also made this an exceptional stay.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

The Barn is a beautifully presented B&B. Everything is super clean, fresh and luxurious, The location is nice and quiet with lovely country views. Liz made us a delicious breakfast , and made us feel very welcome. I cant recommend The Barn enough, as it was one of the best B&B's we have stayed.

Lovely quiet place to stay. Plenty of space to park. Fantastic breakfast. Area to sit and relax overlooking the garden and would have sat outside if it wasn't raining!

The only thing i would have liked is a view from the bedroom but the little seating area had a lovely vista.

Host Liz was attentive and friendly and had presented the property beautifully. The range of luxury products and linens made a real difference.

If I was to nit pick, the breakfast could have been a little better. It was great as she offered a fully cooked English as well as continental. However, (and this was probably down to my communication) I would have preferred crispier bacon and better eggs. I can't really fault Liz, the accommodation, location and this is literally the only thing I could say to improve our stay but was probably also down to use being more specific when asking for our breakfast rather than Liz' inability to cater to our likes.

Liz was so friendly and warm and was there to greet us upon arrival. Her house is beautiful and set in a quiet tranquil farm surrounded by corn fields with no sounds, cars, or anything to be heard or seen. The house is beautifully clean, the bed was so soft and comfortable and the bathroom next to the room had an excellent shower.

The locks on the door could have been a little more substantial for peace of mind as a sole female traveller. I wasn't aware that it was a spare room in a family home; it was fine but I would have preferred to have known prior to the visit. I don't think the description is very clear.

Free wifi, gorgeous property, clean and tidy, carpet was plush, good facilities, nice outside space and amazing views - friendly hosts, home cooked breakfast with lots of choice. great coffee. mini fridge to keep drinks cold and fresh.

Absolutely nothing, enjoyed every bit of the stay!

The hosts was lovely, funny and very attentive. Liz was very helpful with suggesting pubs/restaurants and places to visit during our stay for my partners birthday. The scenery was amazing, great views from the landing and outdoor area. Breakfast was lovely, a lot to choose from! The bed was comfy and we felt so relaxed and slept the whole night away. I would definitely recommend staying here again! The communication was great throughout the booking process, easy to get to the location.
