Arrived in restaurant next morning for breakfast only to be told there was no milk or eggs. The delivery was late but I would have thought there would have been sufficient left in stock to cover the early risers. Apart from the disappointment over the breakfast, I would return for another stay in confidence things would be ok next time. On signing in the previous night , the duty manager stated the breakfast would be charged at £5 only . I took this to mean a concessionary rate for residents. This was not honoured.

The room was comfortable ,spacious and well soundproofed from the pub below. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room plus a telephone . Provided all remains well on next visit, I would recommend the Wetherspoon franchise, Bath arms over the so called popular hotels.

The only thing I can say that I didn't like, was the bath and the loo where very low to the floor and was like sitting on a primary school chair. The view of the next building's wall was a bit disappointing too.

Town centre location with parking, lovely clean comfortable room, quiet and secure. I've stayed here before and will be doing so again. My hotel of preference when visiting Warminster.

The toilet in our room was extremely low. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One of the bar staff was not so friendly and quite brusque.

Parking onsite was full, only 5 or 6 spaces and also a little hairy with a large car. But public car park at rear is only 10m further walk and free from 6pm to 8am.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Well furnished with everything you'd expect for an overnight. Location is slap bang in the middle of the village. Breakfast is available but not included in room rate. Staff friendly and efficient.

There was a slug on the bedroom carpet randomly.... must have been brought in from someone's shoes was just bad luck, but was off putting.

Was able to lie in bed and watch new year eve fireworks over the town high street.

The keypad from the bar to the rooms in a very stupid place. Had a table in front of it, so was always leaning over people to get to room. Should be relocated!

Lovely staff, clean room, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Lovely evening dinner. Very close to Longleat! Feather pillows in the room which was changed on request.

The room was perfectly pleasant for one night stay. It was away from the main pub area so very quiet. The room was clean with everything you could need for a short stop. Didn't eat or drink in the pub so can't comment.

Heating/air conditioning unit. Didn't appear to get any heat at all from it. So quite chilly in the room at times. Bathroom window wasn't quite closed, but unable to touch this. So cold in the shower. Also as a wet room, could do with a mop for excess water, as quite slippery when wet.

Room at top of the stairs, and there is a lift for easier access. Very large bed. Quite comfortable. Large wet room with shower. Downstairs bar handy to take drinks and meals as and when you want. Separate hotel entrance to pub. Parking at the rear of hotel, which is free. Italian restaurant down the street if you fancy a change. Food there was excellent.

The reception is at the pub, it's very small and a bit confusing. The person who assisted us was very nice, but also very distracted and slow. He failed to tell us that one of the rooms was much better than the other one.

Hated the breakfast. Asked for toast it came to the table like warm bread when asked to re toast it the staff member said it would only burn if she did that. A new toaster might eliminate the problem. My bacon sarnie was lukewarm.
