We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation! It's easy to walk to the beach, and the indoor swimming pool is huge. There's even a small soft play area near the lounge. The rooms are nice and cozy.

Lodge didn't provide all facilities it said it would, no toiletries or hairdryer, no hooks on bathroom door. Enclosed garden advertised but not fully enclosed and dog able to wander off down path. Unable to use WiFi in guest services as advertised yet staff have Internet on theirs? Not very helpful, cafe and onsite restaurant closed, no advanced notice, other restaurant nearby only open Thurs to Sun?? Suggest u check in advance. On dropping key off at check out , no staff asked if we'd had a nice time or thanks for coming, hope to see you again? Asked to empty own bins.

The TV signal wasnt great and Internet was non existent, however there was a dvd player...remember them? Lol we did buy some second hand dvds in a near by town but realised the dvd player wasn't even plugged into the tv! After letting reception know we went out for the day and there was a fully working dvd player waiting for us on our return ready for a cosy night in! So all in all amazing service!

The hot tub was amazing, and the beach was a stone throw away from the park! Clean accommodation with a dishwasher washing machine lovely clean oven and microwave! Would highly recommended!

There was nothing wrong with this, but there wifi was down on the days we stayed so we couldn't go in the pool. Which was a shame.

the double bed was really uncomfortable! it was very hard and gave me and my partner stuff backs. everything else with the property was spot on! shame the resteraunt on the front was being refurbished but that can’t be helped.

the property was immaculately clean, well done all cleaners! especially considering everything was white! hot tub was great all kitchen appliances and utilities were great so we could cook when we wanted to.

Not keen on check out at 10am, error code on boiler, leaky shower head and no privacy on front door.

Size of beds has been commented on before but think they've missed the crux of the problem. Bed is big enough as a double but feels smaller as sagging so both roll into the middle a bit. Suggest double beds need bracing short term, then rolling replacement to more sag resisting Kings. Next doors light shines into the hall of #41 and the glass isn't frosted so a curtain on the front door would be good! No light by the hot tub, but we got by leaving the bedroom curtains open. Water marks from some previous leak on the kitchen ceiling could do with painting over. There's only wi-fi in the reception but we had no problems downloading normal stuff from phone data. Only 2 bed-side lights and no toilet roll holder is liveable with but seems a bit weird.

Hot tub was brilliant. Bungalow and contents generally brilliant. Huge TV very welcome as World Cup was on! Good toilet roll and the tub of useful stuff (inc 2 DW tabs) very useful! Everything was extremely clean (except when we swapped the sofas to get the comfy one in front of the TV - nobody had been under there for a good while!). Shower is really good. Pool was open and looked nice even though we visited in November but didn't use as we'd paid the bit extra for a hot tub - well worth it! Only 2 of us for 3 nights so we didn't need it, but the fridge freezer is HUGE! For a family the narrow DW would only do one meal. There's a really good and very cheap Chinese take-away in walking distance, or the Indian will deliver. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times. Walk up to the fort, then take the footpath either way for a nice circular walk around the headland via the beaches either side. The Totland beach has a lovely variety of tiny coloured pebbles.

We arrived in the dark and on foot. Found it very hard to find the guest services and our cottage in the dark. There are no lights around the park at all and some of the signs pointed the wrong way, or cottages weren't advertised. (We weren't the only ones walking round in the dark with phone torches) we also weren't told in advance that guest services shut at 6pm. Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn't open on time for 3 of the days we were there meaning a disappointed little one. The coffee shop was also shut on the morning we wanted to grab a coffee from there. Also the cottage has nothing in there in terms of consumables... No handsoap or any tea/ coffee making facilities. I thought it did so we're a bit disappointed when we arrived that we couldn't have a hot drink. I think the addition of some basics (cleaning spray, hand soap, extra loo rolls etc) should be included and the option of a welcome basket really beneficial for a lot of guests. There was also a few other little things that weren't quite right / we're overlooked such as A Bedroom lamp but where to plug it in, a Broken shower, the TV turned itself on at random times throughout the night and was set to change channels. There was a Dvd player with no dvds. There was a loud Leaf blower going all day, the Garden was not enclosed which wasn't ideal with a little one. It was also advertised in their brochure that late checkout was an option only to be told no and that it was for other parks....? Nothing major, and we did enjoy our stay but a lot of little niggles add up! Some simple changes and better staff training would make a world of difference!

The hot tub was amazing... We spent most of our stay in there... It was on and ready to go when we arrived. We liked the fact that it was close to the beach, the cottage was clean and quite lovely and the swimming pool and soft play were a good addition for our little boy.

Good accommodation but some room for improvement. In. Overall care of the place no battery in t v in bedroom no coffee making facility cooking equipment not all clean these are minor issues but detract from the total experience.

No real issues other than one evening could not use hot tub as clips were broken on cover and cover had flipped over so hot tub was colder than required.

Perfect facilities for a 2 year old, loved the pool, the soft play and distance to seafront.

The double bed in the main bedroom was far too small for two reasonably sized adults. Would have also liked to have had a couple of spare towels.

The lodge looked just like the ones advertised, we were really impressed. The hot tub was on the patio as we had asked for one like that. The lodge was roomy bright and clean and the area was lovely and quiet.

Sadly no wifi in the accommodation and the twin beds were really narrow- ok for small kids but not ideal. We had to go and ask for a cafetière and baking tray, but staff were really helpful in providing them. Sadly no outside play area for kids, just rows of chalets and parking, but only a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach!

Clean and modern holiday chalets close to beach with friendly and helpful staff who were kind a enough to let us in a bit early and sort out a few issues we had with lack of equipment in the kitchen. Pool very popular with our kids!
