It was difficult to have a lie in because the room got very bright, even with the portable black-out blinds, because that didn't cover the windows entirely. Also the front door and window were opaque/slightly see through.

It was very clean, modern and bright. It was also very quiet, no issues sleeping at night. I also liked the location, only a 10 minute walk from restaurants/shops. I loved the little window on the ceiling, it made the place really bright. Also there was a fan provided, which was great for the warm summer nights.

Perfect location in a very quiet residential area, just a short stroll into the centre of Broadstairs and just yards from the sea walk. The studio was very clean and fresh. Lovely big walk in shower. Comfortable bed so we slept really well. We appreciated the private off road parking and the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. We would highly recommend the studio which made a perfect base for our trip to Broadstairs. We had two fabulous meals in The Italian restaurant Posillipo- really fantastic food!! We also walked to Ramsgate along the beach, had a look round the marina and had lunch there. We returned on the cliff top path as the tide had come in and went through the gorgeous gardens. A really fantastic trip and we had fabulous weather too!

Spotlessly clean apartment with everything in it we could possibly need. The location was perfect, close enough to restaurants to have a nice walk to and far enough away to be quiet. And we were able to take our little dog.

only negative was the window by the entrance door didn’t have a blind which meant you could see in and see you in bed or getting changed. it is only a passage way that the other apartment would walk by but for complete privacy a blind or curtain would be appropriate

The accessibility to the beautiful viking Bay and broadstairs town centre, the facilities were modern and clean.

Not that this would deter us from staying again, but perhaps some blinds at the back would be great.

Very spacious, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Little touches like provision of soap and toilet rolls in the bathroom, kitchen roll plus washing up liquid and sponge all made for an easy short break stay. Bed was very comfortable, and the location is an enjoyable 10 minutes walking distance of town, along the sea trail. Our dog was welcome. There was a small decking area outside with a table and a couple of chairs, too.
