Location is pretty but a little remote and not too many shops but a Tesco express is set to open opposite shortly

Bit disappointed in the location as not alot around in the immediate area.

Nice hotel , the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful...Dan the barman was fab. the food was amazing too.

Did not care too much for the fixed meal options in the main restaurant, main meal, or meal with starter, no options to have soup or salads only. This was restrictive.

Beautiful hotel, no problems with our stay. Breakfast was great and a wonderful way to start the day. Would certainly stay again without hesitation.

What was advertised through booking.com was not provided. No bath in friends room when stated should be and no room serviced.

As I was staying for work, it would've been nice if breakfast started a little earlier than 07:30.

Check-in was nice and easy and my room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy.

We liked everything. The carpet in the bedroom needed a clean but otherwise it was a charming old building.

Perfect location, character property with a spacious room, although a bit dated. The team were super friendly and the food was lovely. Clean and charming place not far from Raglan castle

The shower was not good. First day cold and then on in, after it had been looked at, intermittently hot and cold. Not an easy, relaxing shower to start the day

It was ok though no gluten free bread available. Tea/coffee would be better at the table for those who have difficulty walking

No restaurant for an evening meal. We were travelling on motorcycles and we don't ride in the dark. We had to walk about a mile on a busy road with no paths to get to the nearest pub. Fortunately, we managed to persuade a member of the pub staff to take us back in their car. It would have been dangerous to walk in the pitch black of night.

Nothing not to like really, perhaps the bathroom would benefit from a makeover but nothing to stop me returning.

The location was perfect for my needs. The food was very good and the staff couldn't be more helpful. My room was fine and comfortable.

The lighting in the room isn't the best. The bedside lamps were brighter than the main light which wasn't great as the light near the mirror was limited.

Friendly welcome and had our room ready early as we had to shoot off before the normal check in times. The beds are super comfy as well.

Parking by the house is not really guaranteed during pubs opening hours. So lots of activity in the parking area Some electrical issues in the room aswell. Otherwise a solid 9 out of 10.

Very good value, nice old house, cosy pub, very friendly staff, a bath in the room, clean! Beddings didnt smell like chemistry lab- just clean and fresh.

Character, cleanliness and comfort. Menu was not overly extensive, but superbly cooked, tasteful and well presented. The waiting staff were polite and on hand. The general manager was very attentive and pleasure to interact with. I would definitely come again.

Ensuite needed updating as it was old and a bit shoddy. However it all worked well.

Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner with a wide choice. Large portions and hot. Quick and attentive service. Room was quiet, large and airy with a lovely view over to the ancient church. Staff were delightful, helpful and friendly.

Bath needs to be changed past its best, and a removable anti slip mat would be better than the permanent ones stuck down. Drinks are quite expensive, and desserts are not worth the price.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms comfy bed. Main course of food ok. Breakfast tasty, a larger choice would be better.
