No heating & room was freezing! It was not clean. Toilet seat loose & it was so close to the wall it was difficult to sit down! Sockets broken so could not charge our phones! Bedside lights not working & no bulb in one anyway! Just shocking! We were moved twice by staff as they could not rectify these problems!

Shame that there weren't any glasses in the bathroom,there wasn't anywhere to put the soap once it was opened, and the shower drain needed cleaning out as the water didn't drain away very quickly. The sink also needed a scrub to get rid of the marks in it.

The staff were very welcoming on our arrival,lovely room. Bedding was spotless. Comfy bed. Good sized shower. Coffee and tea making facilities were excellent as they had decent sized mugs rather than small cups. Loved the fact that you could actually control the heating yourself rather than it be on an automatic system.

Nothing really. It was a good value stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with all we needed, shower was good, and room warm on a cold evening. Good value for money The restaurant was excellent and quite busy. There was no breakfast, but we know this when booked and not a problem. The stay was on a quiet street, but near the main street with other bars etc. Telford is a few minutes drive away.

There wasn't anything that I did not like. The property exceeded my expectations and included a high standards of design in the rooms, very good WIFI, good food, hot shower. All great.

The property does not offer breakfast. However, it is centrally located in Shifnal so cafes and other shops are available. The location is easily walkable to all shops and facilities in Shifnal. The property includes on-site parking.

The place itself was not bad but there was no hot water for a shower one member of staff said it was fixed but it wasn’t and when I went for a shower the next morning it was still cold.A shame really

Steep stairs to access, bathroom was tired, but functional.

Budget twin room, so ok beds, sufficient for one or two nights as a crash pad. Staff were friendly and fairly laid back. Plenty of hot water for shower and nice clean fresh towels.

Small english town, from outside stylish old english building but rooms inside were renovated. Clean and tidy. English pub downstairs. Modern shower and bathroom.

I’m afraid to say the room was filthy… shower tray was disgusting..coffee down the walls, coffee cups filthy , blind broken…mattress absolutely disgusting…not much to be positive about

We only seen 1 member of staff when we arrived , the room was filthy, I certainly wouldn’t stay there again, the fire alarm went off at 6 this morning, for 30 mins , we went outside and waited , they just turned the alarm off and didn’t come to see us .

Just could only find one socket in the whole room that was my only issue but 100% would stay again but that was my only thing I had a issue with.

The staff could not care less in regards to me needing invoices for work. When i asked for a VAT invoice/receipth showing VAT for my dinner- i was told they do not do them.. Then when i checked out, there was no one on the desk ( no unusual for some hotels) but no receipt was forwarded to me and after a series of emails and calls, still no invoice!! I am now out of pocket as i can not reclaim the expenses with out invoices!!
