N/A - truly no issues. A fantastic stay.

I have stayed in a lot of different hotels in Leeds, and having worked in Leeds for six years, I have seen all kinds of hotels and B&Bs and apartments, and this place is far and away the best that I’ve ever stayed in. It’s close enough to Leeds to get into town quickly, but far enough away that it is nice and quiet in the evening. The surrounding area is a gorgeous tranquil Yorkshire countryside, with amazing views out the window of the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious and feels incredibly homely, with a comfortable sofa, a big TV, a kitchen with everything you would need, with a cosy bed and rainfall shower in the other room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and answering all our questions and helping us up to our room, even offering room service! I have never actually written a hotel review before, but after visiting this place I felt compelled to because it is a truly wonderful place, and I am looking forward to returning.

The apartment was nicely decorated. Though it had IKEA furniture, it was not furnished by IKEA -- very tasteful. The kitchen appliances were excellent. The beds were excellent.

A formal key drop off box would have been ideal as a back up option, as we had to shoot off earlier than expected so couldn't hand the keys to the Beulah Bistro staff. This is a very minor detail though and we managed to figure it out by getting in touch with the owner.

I was pleasantly surprised that on a Friday night, we weren't kept awake by tonnes of drunk people. Slept super soundly and it was really quiet from 9pm onwards! The space smelled very nice, was clean and spacious, and honestly felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely nothing! Apart from the fact that I had to leave! The only slight gripe is that I was asked to check-out at 10:30am when booking.com said 11am. Not huge and certainly not worth complaining about but maybe look at the check/out times matching so there is no confusion.

A beautiful, spacious apartment with absolutely everything you could possibly want. Clean, well presented and the staff were really helpful at check-in. Good communication beforehand, even offering an early check-in, which was very much appreciated.

Slight damp smell, but nothing open windows couldnt fix and sofas could do with a clean only where bits have gathered in the buttons. Other than that we had a really lovely stay and I would highly recommend!

Just small things, such as having blackout curtains on the master bedroom or instructions on how to use the appliances. Nothing else other than that.

I've arrived there after having a terrible experience with other apartments, so I was pretty scared of what I could find. I shouldn't worry as it was excellent. Massive and clean (the bathroom was impressive). Near enough to Leeds but with a bit of countryside vibes. Will return if possible!

A flawless renovation of the upstairs of a pub into a brilliant 3 bedroom apartment. Brilliant decor, rooms, kitchen and bathroom all done to an excellent standard. Helpful and attentive staff too!

Not a dislike but a suggestion a dinning table would be a nice addition.

A large apartment with space in every room to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, has fridge freezer for longer stays, you can cook a good meal for you selves, the restaurant below is also worth a visit if you don't want to cook, with a modern bath room as well. The apartment is well located for West Yorkshire, Leeds ring road is less than 5min drive away where you can get to Bradford and be hound. Pudsey, local town is again only mins away, Ideal for our stay. There is lots of parking onsite does get busy during day. Will look to stay here again when visiting West Yorks.

So surprised at the size of the property. All huge rooms with everything that you could possibly need. No problems getting the keys. Restaurant down stairs which was welcoming and great food.

There was confusion over the price of the apartment. It isn't easily clear what the price will be on booking.com but the host seemed quite annoyed at us for what was a genuine mistake and despite immediately offering to pay more. The pricing structure needs to be clearer.
