No Wardrobe and not enough hangers, but hotel got me more when I asked.

Broken buttons on the lift could have been repaired. Perhaps have a smoking area away from the main doors - we had to walk past a group of smokers each time whilst going in and out of the main doors.

Room: one of my friends was worried that people at the hotel opposite could see into our bathroom as there was only a net curtain over the window. She showered with the lights off. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast: The cooked breakfast was satisfactory; we three are pensioners, we struggled to open the sachets of brown sauce, ketchup, etc. Towards the end, I noticed one of the waitresses setting the tables with cutlery, etc. She was wiping down each piece of cutlery with a tea towel that did not look very clean and she was handling the 'eating' end of each cutlery with her bare hands which, during this pandemic, can be a little off-putting. Staff was friendly and helpful Location: was ideal as it was close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and other attractions. Reception: staff there were extremely helpful and friendly.

On our last day was told by (not very pleasant) member of reception that dogs were not allowed in the room alone even whilst eating breakfast! No where on their website does it say this! Also watch out for a creepy maintenance man that goes in to your room on the pretext of fixing your tv even though there is nothing wrong with it & nobody has asked him too!!! Only one key provided even though it was a triple room.

Breakfast was nice dining room staff were friendly our room had lovely sea views there are no cleaning services in the rooms at the moment but they left plenty of clean towels outside the door & only had to ask for tea/coffee/milk ect at reception & it was provided. Most members of reception staff were lovely.

Sorry, but the bathroom needs to be renewed, the water from the shower is slightly warm.

Some of the crockery and glasses were not very clean when we went down to breakfast.

All staff were very friendly and polite. The receptionist (cant recall her name) was very friendly and helpful.

The decor is basic and outdated (see photos). The price was very high for a single room without breakfast. My room key had a card as key ring, with the hotel name and address, as well as the room number on it. If the wrong person finds the key or steals it from you, they know where to find your belongings.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated near the beach.

Dated furniture, window with no handle, dirty bathroom, no hot water and low water pressure, oh and the obligatory pubic hairSSS around the bath area 🤢

The staff were actually very nice and welcoming. The lady at breakfast was very joval and check-in was easy. Apart from the unkept rooms and a bit of cleaning i did myself, the bed was actually comfortable and i felt safe staying there, for a budget hotel it was ok. I wouldnt pay more than i did, around £50 a night and for eastbourne thats a great price 👍

It was a different experience due to covid restrictions. As I there wasnt a bar to relax and have a drink in.

Had the room with bath and wet room as I’m disabled there was nowhere in the wet room to put your sponge and soap other than the floor so was hard to bend down the view was nice looks like they have tried to renovate the lift was not very good it need a professional overhaul get rid of the blue fluffy stuff around bed

Minor things - a bit of traffic noise and the curtains didn't shut properly, so it was very light by about 5am (I managed to get back to sleep, but recommend an eyemask/earplugs if this would cause you problems!).

Great location - my room had lovely views of the wish tower, sea and pier to the right and the Downs to the left. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was big with comfortable beds. Not the nicest room I've stayed in, but the view was well worth it, everything was clean and it was a lot cheaper than other options.

Great location near the beach. Staff were friendly. Also friendly to our dog. Super firm mattresses very good. Close to the best street with selection of good restaurants. Also close to the excellent Bistrot Pierre.

Windows were very dirty couldn't see well outside. Parking permit to pay additionally Also, cooked breakfast you had to pay additionally when you book B&B that's very misleading.

Rooms not very clean, the bathroom sink looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We had breakfast 3 mornings at the hotel and every time we had to ask for pieces of cutlery and plates to be replaced with clean ones.

Staff very friendly, beautiful location and view. Very cheap parking (£2/day).

Well the carpet was not that clean. There was dust on the top shelf where you hang clothes. Also bird poop on the windows and when you open the window it comes off its hinge
