The bathroom window isn't well isolated, so the bathroom was quite cold. When I returned to the Hotel after on my 2nd day after work, my access card wasn't working, which isn't the smoothest experience (although the helpful staff sorted the issue very quickly). Not sure how I feel about a room located at the lower ground floor...

Lovely design, welcoming staff. Got an upgrade to a twin room upon arrival, so I had a spacious room to enjoy. The location is perfect for my needs :)

I made the booking late in the day & was allocated a LG room. The bright light shining directly in the room, apparently emergency lighting, needs a rethink in the absence of curtains / blinds which fully cover the window. Would stay again but would make enquiries about room location to avoid this room…

We were initially given a lower ground floor room, which was actually very clean and a reasonable size, but when I told the staff I wasn't keen on the location they immediately offered to move us. The room they gave us was barely big enough to get our bags in and nowhere to plug in my partner's medical device at night. So staff again were very helpful and moved us to a larger room immediately. All in all the hotel was great once we overcame the initial minor issues.

The hotel was in a great location about 3 minutes walk to Earls Court tube and pubs and restaurants. And so easy to get anywhere in London. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs which included initial problems with room size and location. But I realise it is London and very small rooms can be an issue. The rooms were serviced daily which was a bonus. I cannot fault the hotel's location, cleanliness and helpful and friendly staff ! I would stay there again.

Room was very small. Air conditioning did not work and so the room was very hot. Couldn't sit at desk because there was not enough room to pull the chair out, also couldn't plug in laptop to the socket above desk.

Lobby area and rooms were all very stylist and clean. Shower was excellent

Tiny bathroom, shower barely fits one person in the executive room. Sink so small even washing my face was impossible…

The room was very small - we were told the rooms downstairs were bigger but according to the photos on booking.com this was not the case. I’m small and the showers screen scraped on my body as we shut it! Only not much room at either side of the bed. Other rooms had a chair at the desk in ours there wasn’t enough room for this.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable- liked the location. I have mobility issues so being close to the tube was great.

The only issue I had with my experience was that the room wasn't very soundproof. There had been cases where I would wake up in the middle of the night from the sound of someone walking in the corridor.

I've been staying in that area quite frequently the last year for my business trips. Mornington Kensington has been the best experience so far. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was great

My only grumble is the placement of the plug sockets. We were provided means of making tea and coffee which was great. However…. The plug sockets are located on one side of the room. Opposite to the tea and coffee making facilities so we had to move it. No big problem there. But… the plug sockets were located about a fixed desk which meant you could not plug anything into them as the desk top was in the way. The only other plug available was underneath the desk which meant the tea making unit had to be placed on the floor underneath the desk to even boil the kettle.

Beautiful hotel very close to the underground and a very close walk to so many amenities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel was sleek and well cleaned.

Bathroom was a bit too close to the bed and not a lot of space in the room. The elevator was a bit tight (only space for two) and long to come so we mostly used the stairs to go down. Breakfast was not very organised although it was tasty -> we waited a long time after ordering and they arrived wrongly (and one forgotten).

Location was great, only few minutes walking distance to Earl's Court tube station. The room was clean and nice. Staff was helpful and kind. Lots of Caffè, restaurants (the best Italian restaurant we had in London), pubs and beauty salon (they did my nails amazingly).

I had some troubles with the bathroom sink, I was not able to get hot water out of it.

Very good location. 2 minute walk to the tube. Really pretty as well, newly renovated I think. The solo rooms are very small tho, but they definitely work.
