Housekeeping was not to our expectations. The service was a bit poor and not consistent. The housekeeper did not provide us with the complimentary 2 small bottles of water and when I have asked for them, the housekeeping lady who was there at the time, told me she has to check first with the morning housekeeper and revert. I personably took it for an insult as I wasn’t going to lie. Anyway, she never reverted to me. I did then talk to the reception who assured me that they will put the water right a way in the room. However, when we came back at 1.00am in the morning, no water was in the room. Accusing a gust liying for 2 small bottle of water is a big insult!

Being newly opened it is clean and fresh with a modern feel . The rooms are cleverly and thoughtfully laid out with excellent accessories- the steamer in particular is a nice touch . The location is excellent.

Everything was perfect.

This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. The location is perfect, next to Bond station. You can reach so many things on foot. The hotel is brand new, it opened last year. The design, comfort, cleanliness, service, great staff! Special thanks to Venky Shri and Felipe! Our room had separate toilet, separate shower, separate entrance area with heated floor and separate sleeping area. They cleaned our room twice a day, adding little surprises every time. Toiletries are Jo Malone made especially for this hotel. All the buttons are touch activated (lights, AC, curtains, ...) We loved the best BoTree bathrobes ever, beautiful BoTree umbrellas.

The reception process was not slick and I had informed the hotel that I had just had eye surgery, would be wearing dark glasses and I told them not to worry about my wearing dark glasses. While I got a nice WhatsApp message that acknowledged this, this fact had not been transferred to the reception staff who made remarks about my dark glasses. Yet reception was not busy. So there was a lack of communication there. We did appreciate the complimentary drink on arrival (glass of champagne/fruit juice) but were not impressed that we had been charged twice for dinner at the Lavo restaurant. There followed some emails back and forth and finally the bill issue was resolved. I’m not a great fan of being checked in on an iPad and checked out, without a written summary of what has been paid. Apart from those points, the hotel is exceptional and we will probably return.

Absolutely superb location. Excellent for shopping, dining, sightseeing.

Great location Wonderful place and facilities Very nice and friendly staff specially the Tai front desk girl Modern hotel and a minute walk to the famous oxford street We got there early in the morning as our flight landed 6 AM and luckily we were able to be checked in with no time
