There were honestly no niggles. The only thing (which is not a deterrent) is a magazine shelf was situated under a plug socket, a little too close to get the plug into the socket! Seriously - a first world problem and really isn’t anything to stop you enjoying this fab experience.

This hotel is the epitome of hospitality. Whilst the hotel is superb, the team are above and beyond.

We loved it!

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Great location (underground station right next door, Selfridges and Bond Street 5 minutes away.) The staff were exceptionally friendly and very courteous. The room was also extremly quiet. The food was also great!

The hotel is ion a great location for central London and the underground. The staff were amazing, very welcoming. The hotel was lovely and our room was comfortable and a great size. Cannot fault anything at all!

Honestly, can't think of anything.

This was an exceptional hotel. The rooms, the bar, the service, the food, it was all above par and expectations. The service was so kind and every detail was taken care of. Special shout out to the concierge team who looked after our every need. We even got a Whatsapp number we could call at any time to get some tips of what to do around the city. And the rooms were beaitifully decorated and the bed super comfy. We will be back in our next London trip. Thank you!

They have a quirky way of payment . On arrival you pay the room bill plus £100 per day for any potential extras plus a service charge of 4%. When you leave you pay the whole bill again but this one includes the extras you have purchased again plus 4%. They apparently refund the first bill paid on arrival but I'm not sure when this happens so at the moment my credit card is carrying twice the cost of the room !!! I have no idea why they do it this way .

The buffet breakfast was very good but I was disappointed that I was allowed only one cup of coffee within the rather high price of £28. The room was fabulous and the facilities generally were superb . The staff were very helpful and helped us to really enjoy our two day stay

The staff were lovely and gave us an upgrade. The room had many settings to make you comfortable and you could hear music loud without disturbing others.

The most disturbing event was being awoken by the fire alarm at 2:30am. It was extremely loud and left our ears ringing for a long time. We had to call the front desk and eventually got through to find out it was a false alarm. It made for a rough first night in Europe adjusting to the time change. . But otherwise all else was great.

Beautiful property. The staff were very hospitable and courteous. Great customer service! Loved the complementary macarons and water/champagne. The room was also very comfortable. Appreciated the heated floor!

This hotel was such a gem. Central London a few mins walk from the tube. The level of service was incredible, from the moment you arrive you feel so well looked after. It really is very special! Special thank you to Adam 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, he was so helpful. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and every little detail (and more) is carefully thought out in this hotel. It really is a very special experience and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud! We stayed in a delux room which was suite standard! The suites must be out of this world! Maybe next time we can try! Honestly can’t fault anything! 10/10 you have truly mastered the craft of hospitality.

The room was amazing and clean, loved the macaroons they provided on our arrival and the personalized message. The service and staff were amazing they all made our stay a hundred times better. Not to mention the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to Oxford road for shopping and Bond Station for the underground station. I recommended this hotel to all my friends and family and will definitely come back to it again. This was a perfect stay.
