The pillows were very uncomfortable and went flat. We tried to stack them for more support but didn’t help. Also our room was super hot and the thermostat wasn’t working so we had to open the window which made it a bit noisier but not a huge deal.

The facilities were nice and clean. It’s in a cool area with great food and shopping near by.

Amazing Hotel in a super cool district Shoreditch, surrounded by lovely Cafes, Restaurants and shopping boutiques. Very kind people, very nice bar! We will come back!

It's quite noisy due to the number of bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity combined with the narrow streets/high buildings and service vehicles for these start very early in the morning. Surprised to find both hotel restaurants closed on a Sunday night, but plenty of options in easy walking distance.

Great location, if a bit noisy . Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with an extensive menu made to order. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Everything felt mean ! Considering the price of the rooms there was no generosity or largesse .2 tea bags and no water unless you paid for it .

Being at the front of the hotel meant it was very noisy very early on; something we hadn't realised.

The rooms are uniquely furnished and ours was very modern and tastefully done. The breakfast was excellent, as was our meal in the restaurant the night before. Everything is home made apparently. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Bit of loud during the weekend, with the rooftop and bars near. We had a room that had windows that did not open, so no fresh air flow, changed rooms eventually.

The furniture in the bedroom13 needs re covering shabby with some stains Carpet too .We told the reception and they agreed it was due refurbishment The bathroom was splendid with huge walking shower not slip pale gray tited floor with rain head shower and separate hand spry Lovely hot water and masses of fluffy white towels.Lots of Aesop gels shampoos and body cream .Masks and earplugs. The brasserie is a busy fun place with open terrace for sunny days. Staff were so kind to us the only old couple in East London as far as I could see.We had a great time We shall go back I'm sure

Well I have to dig deep to think of things I didn't like. I remember the coffees were a bit on the small side and not as hot as they could be. But honestly, they still tasted good..

The place has such a great feel compared to 'traditional' hotels. The Boundary is not formal and stuffy as can often be the case. The staff were very friendly and genuine and the room was a fabulous space to relax in. We had the Terence Conran room and I wanted all the comfy furniture!

WiFi was really poor and I had trouble for both work calls and FaceTiming home with my family. Because I am international, I didn't have cell out and about so I really needed to be able to load my maps before leaving, etc, but the wifi was too spotty and I just couldn't load almost anything. The TV relies on WiFi as well and it cut out in the middle of a show I was getting really into one night. If there is a paid WiFI option, I think it would be totally worth it.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect - all the best restaurants nearby, plus a one-minute walk to the Overground, buses right on the main road and Liverpool Street Station quite nearby as well. The rooms are impeccable, I loved the bed, the design, the shower and the products. The staff were really accommodating with a couple of things I needed. The hotel bar was quite nice to come home to for a night cap as well.

Our room was very cold at night, eliminating the feeling of being on a relaxed mini-break. We did get given a portable heater after calling reception but for safety this couldn’t be left on overnight. We were staying in the larger end room- possibly not an issue in other rooms, and it wasn’t clear if the air conditioned heating was on/ working or ineffective. It’s worth noting the end rooms also do have noise bleed from outside- this didn’t bother us, (to be expected with location) and there’s ear plugs provided!

Area is quite noisy at night and windows are not well insulated for the sound of Dishoom across the road and a club nearby.
