Great location, right in the city centre. Think that having a lift in multistore building is always a big plus esp.when travelling with heavy luggages.

The towels weren't properly clean, some stains seen (minimal but enough to be off-putting).

Basic cereal breakfast, nothing fancy but it does the job. Had a hostel type feel but very clean, modern, and welcoming. Almost like a hostel-hotel hybrid in a good way! The location was great too, easy access to lots of attractions, food and nightlife while being tucked away - didn't have issues with noise.

Clean, well-organized, and very friendly staff. The bedroom was a nice size and bed was very comfortable! The lighted vanity and corner chair in my room was a nice touch that was much-appreciated!

It is a hostel freshly painted with very clean toilets, very close to commercial centre. It has a kitchen you can have cereal and milk as breakfast or cook your meal . I had a private room with common toilets, but there were two for there rooms. The only problem that some doors need fixing because they made noise when closing. Also very safe

It's a city centre location so there is a quantity of outside noise but nothing that would stop me staying again, which I will.

In the morning was a very unmotivated lady there, all she did is fixing breakfast for herself and didn't help us or talk to us.

We liked the cozy lobby and that there was some coffee and breakfast. Room was as expected.

Shared shower was high traffic area in the morning and meant that water was everywhere on the floor in the bathroom hard to avoid if you weren’t wanting to get wet.

The single-room doors snap loudly upon closure, which is very annoying as it would wake anyone up every time someone is going through. The single beds are also relatively small in size.

The location and the building (an old renovated police station) added to the overall experience. The staff and the hangout space are also a great addition and come in handy.

Perhaps there could have been more variation in the food, especially around breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I liked the comfy chairs and the sofas. This gave a relaxing and calm atmosphere to the place which made me feel welcomed and at ease.

Whilst every effort was clearly made to minimise the noise of the traffic outside - ear plugs and a face mask were provided - I personally am not used to being somewhere where I can hear the traffic … I live in a very quiet neighbourhood. Despite this I slept very well and was very impressed with just how clean it was. I felt very safe and comfortable. Very close to the gig venue which was a major plus for me so I’d definitely consider staying there again.
