Only thing I missed was a hash brown 🤣

On immediate arrival staff were welcoming and helpful by directing us to best place to park. I was staying with my little girl as my partner and boy were at hotel next door with a football tournament. We immediately felt safe and reassured as the hotel has good security with ring doorbell and key fob for front door and only guests allowed in hotel. The room was clean, modern, spacious and fresh with some lovely facilities like a fridge, fan, rail for clothes and fresh towels. The LED lighting was a bit bright for me but that's just a personal preference, however I can see how they matched the lovely modern decor. We got a lovely sea view room and the view was lovely. The hotel bar looked amazing and we wish we could've spent more time in there as the gin collection looked impressive and was furnished with really trendy furniture and lights, with lovely bifolding doors at the front for hot days and a nice sea breeze ...unfortunately we spent most of our time with the rest of the football team out of the hotel during our stay. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Was hot to eat and nice to pick what you wanted on your plate. I had a full English with toast and my daughter had cereal and some berries. Only thing I missed was a hash brown 🤣 The decor throughout was modern and overall we have loved our stay here. We will definitely come back again as it's the nicest hotel I've stayed in in Blackpool x

No shower gel or shampoo. There was conditioner so I think they just forgot to put out the shower gel and shampoo.

A very clean, well presented characterful property with fresh and colourful decor and in a good location. It’s great being on the sea front, yet it’s just outside of the main strip to be nice and peaceful but still close enough to walk into town easily. The owners were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a full English on offer plus lots of cereals, pastries, fruit, juices etc. No fault here, just something to be aware of and that’s the parking. A very reasonable £5 a day parking to use one of the properties parking spots right outside, however access is very, very tight and you will mostly likely get blocked in by other guests at times. There is an alternative open NCP car park just 5/10 yards away or you can find your own free parking on the street round the corner. The owners were very helpful in providing all this information upon our arrival.

Would not recommend high floor - number of flights of stairs to climb, struggled carrying luggage.

The shower was a little weak and the mattress was too firm for our liking. There isn't a lift but the stair case is beautiful with seats on the landings.

Lovely bar area and the owners/staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and nothing was too much trouble. The room was good and the bathroom was clean. The bed was a little firm for our liking but that wouldn't put us off coming back again.

Location was perfect the hotel was spotlessly clean triple room 11 was fantastic lots of room nice shower two seater sofa desk chairs fridge which was a bonus comfy beds.. breakfast was very nice full English coffee juice cereal everything you could possibly want' and the hosts were great very friendly couldn't do enough for you made you feel very welcome... And the bar was a lovely touch very nicely decorated with nice window seats looking out over the beach.. A+++++++++

We couldn’t get hot water in the shower and as it was late on Saturday night when we’d got back from the dance festival there was no one to tell Second morning we arrived to breakfast at 9.40 to be told that the breakfast was all finished and we couldn’t have anything. This was massively disappointing as we were hungry! I wasn’t asked if I’d had an enjoyable stay so wasn’t really given the opportunity to mention this or the shower prior to departure

Early breakfast in a bag was a bit sparse. Bathroom window didn't have a curtain or blind and although the window had frosted glass, I personally wasn't comfortable with it.

The staff were very polite and courteous. The rooms were a good size and very clean with good amenities.

Long walk into the town but there's both a bus and tram stop nearby.

Lovely comfortable and very clean room. Absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. The owners were very helpful,friendly,welcoming and couldn't do enough. We'd definitely recommend it and will be back.

Property offered parking at a daily charge which was a bonus! Interior was very modern. Bar was beautiful great view of the front sun trap in the lounge area. Large choice of drinks selection host very attentive even though was multi tasking booking other guests in. The stairs up to the rooms was well kept and decorated to a high standard. Overall very stylish decor. Our room had the most amazing view they was chairs in the bay where if you wanted to you could and enjoy a cuppa. The bedding was fresh and laundered to a high standard. It was immaculate. Bed was soft but I think this a personal preference. It was too soft for us. But I think things like this it’s hard to accommodate everyone. Breakfast was amazing the best I have had in Blackpool loved the buffet style. The dinning area was decorated to a high standard. Very clean and it was a lovely atmosphere. I liked that everyone was asked to sanitise their hands on arrival. All staff were brilliant !! We will definitely recommend 100% Thank you to all we had amazing stay
