We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was good close to the centre of Stamford. The hotel room was fine for what we needed.

United KingdomChildren sitting at the very small, busy bar. Our room had a nice claw foot bath - in the room - would have liked a shower too. It’s a nice feature but not practical for everyone - minor detail.
Excellent location for our purposes - party at local golf club. Easy walk into town. Staff were very friendly & our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good. We would stay again.

United KingdomUnfortunately a bulb had blown in the bathroom and it would be great if there was just a little more lighting in the room if required to be able to read. It would have been nice to have had 2 biscuits places with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room on our second day. there were none given. Only on day 1.
The Staff are amazing, very welcoming, professional and friendly. The hotel has a very cozy, warm and welcoming feel. The room was exceedingly spacious, generously furnished with a very comfortable bed. Generally, very clean and tidy.

The pub is a lovely place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was nice and the room was cozy. Parking at the William Cecil as per the booking instructions also worked really well.

Our room and breakfast were excellent. Dinner on the first night was delightful. The staff were all most attentive, friendly and efficient. Proximity to the town was perfect as it was just distant enough to ensure comfortable walking to town and distance from it to ensure peaceful evenings.
