The lift has been out of service for over a year we are in our 70’s and we’re given a room on the 4th floor had to drag our bags up the stairs with no offer of assistance. The room was very noisy from adjoining rooms. The restaurant food was terrible we had to complain to the manager but he blamed head office. The rooms are tired and the stairs were filthy not what you would expect £129 per night.

The lift was not working, and they did not told us. 2 people in our group has heart condition so climbing 2 floors was complicated...

Nice location and great room, many option for the breakfast. There was a lot of retired old people so it was very calm. And nice view !

No lift working and the creaking loud floor on level 4, also my husbands beef roast was very tuff, but my salmon was lovely. Thank-you Lucille

Lovely location, staff lovely. The lift is still not working which is hard when on the forth floor. Our room was great except every time you walked on floor the loud creaking noise was terrible, it must have woke up everyone on the floors below, very annoying. Not sure what could be done to fix this. Think lift being fixed should be priority??

Unfinished deco in the room. None or inadequate fun extractor in bathroom. As much as good quality bedding - one of the pillow had stain and piece of something stuck to the pillowcase - not checked when put on Staff - friendly but needed some hospitality training. There was visible intense between staff covering dinning area when serving dinner. Felt like we were rushed to serve food. No drink first and return for food order. Drink cane after starter. Hotel’s website was offering different memory from hotel on the day. Disappointed. Poor quality food.

Easy to book Reception - great service before arrival time. Contacted desk few time and staff were really helpful Location - perfect. Great view from window. Car park onsite Food ans drinks - good price for dinner, breakfast and bar

The view across the road was beautiful. It's not too far from the centre of Fort William. Parking was fine. The room was clean and warm with comfortable beds and the breakfast was fine. It was good they had a different area where we could sit with the fog

Poor ventilation in bathroom due to it being on a timer.

Right by the Loch with views from our window. The location was centred really well for lots of things we wanted to do in the Highlands. The room was basic but very clean which is the main thing!

Communal areas were a bit tired. Stood at the bar for quite a few minutes before any staff member acknowledged my presence (a quick 'we'll be with you in a minute' would have been nice). Breakfast OK.

The rooms could use a touch up cracks in walls and chipped paint. The lift was broken. The staff were polite but not overly friendly except the lady mentioned above.

Honestly the view was spectacular. One lady in particular was so friendly and kind and thoughtful and just seemed to be everywhere her name was Georgina she worked in the restaurant.

Bed was smaller than expected and the room needed a spruce up - squint bedside shelf / marks on the walls, doors and carpets / towels had a big black mark on one. Barely slept with the noise - sounded like the heating system or radiator perhaps? Constant loud drip-like noises and extremely loud bangs. Very thin walls too so could hear everyone in the hallways. Extremely disappointed with this as we had a big day ahead which was essentially ruined due to lack of sleep. Additionally, there were only 2 plug sockets which was an issue for us.

Very friendly staff and good parking facilities. Fantastic view (paid extra for lake view). Good shower.
