The works on the road, it was hard to walk and reach the guest house. Of course this is not a problem of the Guest house

The family room is really cosy and big. The breakfast is served in a nice little breakfast room. The room is really clean. The beds are comfortable. Don't miss the pub next door and the Cafe 121 at 3 minutes

The room was a little on the small side. The bathroom was tiny. Although the breakfast was good, on some mornings the kitchen smells filled the dining room and somehow found a way into our room without opening a door.

It was a good price for Cambridge It was easy to find and not too far out of the centre for walking. It was on a bus route if we had needed it.

Quite a busy road. Bed a little too small. No heating in the bathroom. Shower tray was rusty.

Our door's room got stuck every time.

People who served breakfast were so friendly and kind. The room was so comfy, clean and beautiful.

The TV was far to small which made it difficult to see when laying on the bed. The chair was not required and constantly in the way. plus we only had 2 tea bags for our two day visit!!

Location, cleanliness and breakfast including the staff who made it were good.

I didn't realize it was self check-in, so i was grateful that our son had an international phone service to communicate upon arrival to get the key code, and that was easy for him! Perhaps i could have used my WhatsApp. We had trouble in the dark finding the driveway for the guest house. We parked at the Milton Arms Pub and then walked until we found the house and then moved our car! Construction was underway on the street so that probably didn't help but that will be temporary.

Parking right out front! Our room was clean and cozy. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The shower was nice and roomy. Amenities were perfect! Loved the coffee/tea/water service in room . Our breakfast was outstanding !! Delightful breakfast room and service from our hosts!! Thank you for the stay!! Also enjoyed the Milton Arms Pub 2 doors down from the guest house!!

Have stayed before and hadn’t realised it had completely changed owners so found the self check in very impersonal as had initial difficulties getting through to anyone on the phone to gain access to our room as no one answered either number at first, did eventually get through on the second number listed. Both the door to our room and the bathroom door ill fitting and noisy to get shut properly with the bathroom door not shutting fully, unable to control the heating as room little cold when we entered and couldn’t get the radiator on, also duvet very thin for this time of year.

Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to leave our luggage before our check-in time and leave our luggage in their other property in the Cambridge center after check-out.

We arrived early and Lesley, who was there to clean the rooms, was really helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. It suited our needs perfectly. The breakfast was good.

A bit noisy with other guest a bit loud in their coming and going. Breakfast was great though the room for eating was small. Room showed normal wear and tear, and is almost due for a facelift.

Great location on the bus line with parking for car. It was easy to get into the room using your phone, though no one is available on site other than in the morning. It was a good value for the money and clean.
