Excellent value for money, lovely staff, beautiful surrounding and clean spacious accommodation! We will be back.

A few more essentials such as a cloth to wash the dishes, tea towel and hand soap would have been handy. It was very cold at night and although expecting it so brought fluffy pjs it was still very cold which meant very little sleep, a little warning in the right up and we would have brought hot water bottles or extra layers. Although bedding and bed was so clean and comfy.

The setting was beautiful and the accommodation spotlessly clean and comfy! Great value for money and such a tranquil place to stay, rest and have fun as a group of families getting together.

The beds were a bit bouncy and older backs suffered but the younger adults and children are fine. The carpark was full of pot holes and we needed to walk a fair distance to the tents but you could unpack your car first. There is no store on site but we realised there was a farm shop by the car park on our way out.

The tents were spacious and the area was easy to get about and felt safe for little ones. It was very clean. It looked lovely and the children enjoyed it. I would definitely visit again

    Nothing.

The cozy atmosphere and the wave pool was amazing. Loved the food at the restaurant. Kids loved the place a lot. We loved the experience to burn logs in the fire place. That was amazing.

The description was not correct. On bookings website it said that we will have private bathroom but the bathrooms were communal.

The only thing we missed was somewhere to hang our coats, a little hook somewhere would be a nice touch and help to keep the tents a bit tidier. The walk to the carpark was a bit long for the little ones, but that was made clear when we booked.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend. We had a mixed group ranging from 3 year olds and up. The accommodation was very clean and well kept with all the basics being as described when we booked

Cleanliness of the toilets wasn't great and the showers were cold. Another group staying when we stayed were very noisy and it made it very hard to sleep the night they were there.

The location was great and the wave was so close. Lovely warm fire and great tent. The atmosphere was great and the wave had a lovely restaurant and cafe to use whilst there.

The car park was terrible. Full of very large. Very wet potholes

The safari tents were huge. Really comfy beds. Slept like a log. Fire kept us lovely and warm. Spotlessly clean even though we stayed at the end of the season. Kitchen was well equipped with decent sized pans. Staff were really friendly.

Completely out fault... We underestimated how chilly an October morning would be. The fire helped but next time we'll bring more layers!

Really friendly staff, tent was well equipped and spotless, food in the wave was great. Exciting and a bit different for a stopover on our way to Wales!

It would have been nice if the shower water had been a bit warmer (it was a particularly cold night though). Didn't particularly bother me, but be aware that it is a 10-15 min walk from the car park to the tents (you can bring your car up at arrival and departure).

Loved the site and how it had been developed to minimise impact on the environment. Also, the (efficient!) Wood burning stove kept me toasty warm. That the campsite is non-smoking.

Although overall the staff were great, the 2 blond women behind the tills at the cafe could do with cheering up. One word answers and not welcoming.

Great location, tents are well equipped and surprisingly warm for October. Would stay again.

As an international traveller there should be discounted access to surfboards if you are staying on location. Not needing 3 x surfs before accessing discounts on surfboard hire etc

The shower & toilet facility looks lovely, however, it really needed cleaning, & may help to have some hooks, mirror & a shelf or table in the shower block to put your on when you get changed after the shower.

Safari tent was excellent & the team were very friendly
