This was our 2nd time staying at The Carlyle in two years . For our family it’s a very convenient place to stay . It feels like a home away from home as we are familiar with the area . The apartment itself , just like the apartment during our last trip, was clean and well stocked . The staff is very friendly and helpful and are very welcoming. The communication before the stay and during the stay is excellent.

The Nestor Team is very helpful. They did their utmost to serv us. All our questions and requests were answered. The flat is located perfectly, close to everything. It is comfy and well-equipped, anyhow the furniture is slightly worn, but the flat in general was clean. We got a promotional price, which was a good deal, I think whole London is insanely overpriced.

there was a problem with the water supply which caused a few stops of the running water and problems with the hot water. There seems to be a problem in the water system in the building which they were trying to solve but didn't succeed during our 5 days stay

Could have done with a few more bits in the kitchen. Things are starting to need a little TLC, wardrobe door fell off, toilet pushing against a tile in the master to name a couple. If you’re on the ground floor it is very noisy for both conversations and the front door slamming.

Good location, price and size. Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer a bonus.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Short walk to tube. Staff was easily reachable by email or phone, extremely nice and helpful. Wonderful stay.

There was a drain smell in the ensuite bathroom. Had to buy some air fresheners to disguise it and keep the door shut. Two sofas would be good.

Good space and well equipped. Dishwasher was a pleasant surprise as it wasn't listed. Comfy mattress. Plenty of hot water. Location was great for what we wanted.

This apartment was super beautiful and in the heart of Kensington! The accommodations were very spacious, clean, and new. It was very easy to access multiple forms of transportation and walk to the Kensington high street. The hosts were easy to get in touch with when we needed additional amenities during our stay.

Overall, very nice but there was some water damage in the main bathroom since the shower would overflow. It would have been nice to have extra towels as well to clean up.

Couldn’t work out the air con/ heating so it was either too hot or too noisy with the air con on. Road outside noisy also but that’s to be expected in London. Apartment could do with a bit of a spruce up- unfinished plastering in master bedroom, some spots of mould in hallway and ornaments/ pictures all needed a dust. Overall, clean and tidy but for the price expectations are higher.

Really spacious, modern furnishings, great showers and comfortable beds. Spread across 2 floors with bedrooms on lower floor and living area/ kitchen upstairs (Accessible via stairs or lift). Plenty of bathrooms. Child friendly. Lovely balcony with city view. Apartment easy to find. Location great. Sainsbury’s across the road which was handy for supplies. We used Earls Court station which was a 5 min walk away. Gloucester Station also in walking distance. Lots of places to eat nearby.

All good, could be better equipped for 6 guests. Minor issues - not enough drinking glasses, no extra hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom.

Spacious & comfortable, great location in easy reach of the Tube station. Hosts were really accommodating and resolved our issues quickly & efficiently.
