We had a code to access the front door and then a key box for access to our room, was ok but didn’t see anyone during our stay. The lounge was saggy and not comfortable to sit on. Bed was only a double. No bedside lights, no cushions on lounge, very basic furnishings. Carpets should be replaced as very tired. Advertised as luxury apartments but not. Bar downstairs very noisy on weekend.

Very central to everything, clean and parking was about 8 minutes walk away.

Pleased with the oroperty, only fault was that its quite noisy at night due to surrounding bars/ clubs playing loud music.

We were in an apartment on the 3rd floor and there was no lift - this was a bit tricky with all our luggage and 2 young children. There was also a dirty bath towel stashed in one of the kitchen cupboards. The blinds in one of the rooms were broken so didn't open, which meant the room was dark our whole time.

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious. We didn't find it noisy at all. They also messaged us to let us know that we could check in early which was really great. We managed to get into the apartment about lunchtime.

Got a bit fed up with climbing 3x flights of stairs but we were warned beforehand. Would have been great to have a bedside light.

Loads of room, great location, comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped with easy to use appliances. Handy Sainsbury’s across the road. Very quiet and peaceful in our room.

The beds didn’t have a top sheet, I do like a top sheet as I tend to overheat under blankets or single duvet/comforter covering - An extra sheet in the closet would work

The location was fantastic, easy walk to most of what Liverpool has to offer when staying downtown. Also the check-in checkout process was easy and well communicated.

Cpl of small things let it down but could be easily resolved. Big Water stain on part of the wall, glass table top was loose so we could not sit at the table. A dining chair needed recovering

It was bigger than expected, in the centre of Liverpool near all the bars and clubs. Kitchen was well equipped, lounge was comfortable & I slept like a baby.

The lack of an elevator. Our room was on the second floor. And also the loud noise when taking a shower or flushing the toilet.

The location, the kitchen stuff it came with, washing machine, how quiet it was. How clean the room was.

A few stains on the carpet. Smelt dusty. Could do with airing.

City centre location was great. Big central social living space with large dining table and great kitchen. Easy to access with keysafe. Had everything we needed. Top floor appartment was nice and quiet.

TV had limited channels and very outdated. The pump in the bathroom was too frequent; especially when showering. Very loud and annoying.

Getting the keys from the lock box was fast and easy. Having a fridge and freezer. Lots of space.

Unfortunately the drains smelled really bad.using the bathroom was not a pleasant experience. Also, we’ve mentioned before, some bedside lamps would be appreciated And maybe a few tea bags?

Location is perfect for us for the Cavern quarter and the waterfront.Spacious and good value, especially at out of high season times!

The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor. No lift available so could be an issue if you struggle with stairs

Everything, location was perfect. Check in was smooth, all done through mail. The apartment we had was a 2 bedroom and it was a large apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. Staff were very helpful also.

Very noisy at night and early morning. There was no tea, coffee or milk supplied for when we arrived. Another roll of toilet paper would have been good.

I would have given this booking a 10 but for two small issues and one larger one. (1) The guest portal for communication with the management company was useless -- I sent a message asking a few questions on the first of our three nights and never got a response. (2) As noted above, the television reception didn't really work. (3) The one large issue is that the rubbish bins for the pub next door are located right outside the bedroom window. Although everyone in the building observed the quiet hours, the pub emptied a huge number of glass bottles into the bins -- making a very loud crash -- at 1 am every night except Friday, when it happened at both 1 am and 4 am. It was impossible to sleep through that crash.

The flat itself was superb and an excellent value for money. The decor was great -- clearly they know their audience -- and it was spacious, clean, well-located, and had lots of natural light. The appliances were fine apart from the telly, which had lousy reception, but that wasn't a big thing for us. There was a user manual for every appliance EXCEPT the washing machine, which was the one appliance that was not intuitively obvious to me (as an American visitor unaccustomed to European clothes washers). We found the heated towel/drying bar very useful, I wish those were standard in American hotels.

There is nothing to fault.

The location of this property is brilliant, it is literally a few minutes walk from the docks and you have some if best restaurants in Liverpool within a few hundred yard walk. I initially had a hotel booked which I changed to an apartment at the last minute, I’m so glad I done so.

There were no table lamps or bed lamps next to the beds, so you had to turn off the light next to the bedroom door and then find your way in the dark to the bed. A lamp next to the bed would be nice in order to be able to read a good book before you go to sleep. We received the chek-out information a little late, but did a "revers check-in", which I later noticed was the correct check-out method. The check-out information could be written in the information packaged provided in the appartment.

It was a good appartment in a perfect location. Close to everything and just a couple of minutes to walk to The Beatles statue, The Carvern Club and the shopping streets. Many good restaurants in the area and at least 2 mini-markets. We lived on the 3rd floor and we had no problem with sound from the streets. The rooms were big (2 betrooms, 1 living/dining room and a kithcen) and the kitchen was fully equipped. Schampo, conditioner and shower cream was available in the bathroom and extra towels. It was easy to get access to the appartment and we provided good information and fast answers from the host prior our trip.
