Some paint blew in from the window and wasn’t attended to after we mentioned it, could be noisy from drinkers outside (not the hotels fault) a few minor maintenance issues

The hotel looked lovely, our room was a nice little sea view, we stayed for three nights and had all we needed, the staff was welcoming and friendly, it was in a lovely spot and we was able to park outside on the streets, cosy room and hotel.

The duvet itself had big stain on it,the kettle didn't switch off when boiling😬, part of the shower held together with a cable tie, dusty, damp around windows,carpet not fitting the room properly, bedside draw dirty and had hairs in, behind draw it was dirty and had rubbish behind it! The light flickered all the time in the ceiling, part of the paint even fell off in bathroom while I was brushing my teeth lol.

Bed super comfy, and curtains didn't let light through, freeview worked fine on TV. The bedding on smelt lovely fresh and clean. The owner was super friendly and nothing was any trouble. The 1st room was small but everything that was required, 2nd room we moved to was lovely, really big, 40in tv and beautiful sea view, plugs labelled with each appliance which was helpful so wrong plug wasn't plug in by mistake. I'm still undecided on the place, lots of positives, just could do with a good clean and bit of tlc.

No teaspoon to make hot drinks. Inside wardrobe drawer had hair in, The curtain had marks on, The mirrors were dirty I had to clean them. Paint on the ceiling dropping off.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped to carry bags.

The shower head was lose washing the wall more then the person and the shelf in the bathroom above the sink was lose.

Needs tidying. Great location. Small room but that was because they squeezed in a en suite.which is essential nowadays. No drawers for clothes.its OK for a budget stay if you want luxury you will have to pay.

The guy who I believe runs it was extremely friendly and polite.asked for a few things got them straight away. The place needs some tidying but for what I paid I did not expect anything other.it was clean.tv worked with freeview channels. Hot water every time .location brilliant. Stan.

We had an economy room, and i know you get what you pay for, but there could have been a fan in the room as we couldn't open the window because of the strong takeaway smell. The carpets don't seem to have been vaccumed as there were very long hairs, some individuals, and some gathered in ball. There were empty coffee sachets in the baskets in which the products were stored. The mirror on the wardrobe was very streaky. Some long dark hairs on the bed could have come from mixing with other washing, but I suspect this has come from when the person had made the bed up in preparation for our arrival.

The location was central for most facilities. The owner was friendly and welcoming

Asked for a sea view room was given room no 2 facing a little wall . Shower and toilet could look a little better

Under bed not clean at all in both rooms room 15 the toilet area to small for a plus size person and dirty wall next to the bed. Room 16 wardrobe was faulty, had to put door back on also dirt on walls and bed lack of storage for non clothes in both rooms

Location was good, free tea coffee stuff, clean bedding, and towels and bed was comfortable. Clean smell and great price for budget room

As I said basic service...no bar...but at that price point...fair...OK for a couple days...but for longer would need a better larger room

Location is good especially for local popular pubs...facilities basic if somewhat cramped..however that's most b&bs...for the price ok...

Very small room. There is no place to even stand.. just enough to sleep and take a shower. moderately obese persons can not use the toilet.

The location is perfect. It is just on the seashore. The pleasure beaches, The Blackpool Tower and city centre all walkable.

NO PARKING No water pressure in shower and poor qualities fixtures. Towel was small and thin, not a bath towel. Room was scruffy
