Breakfast - "hot" food tepid. Mugs with spoon in for coffee - I really expect a cup and saucer. Where to place my spoon? On the table?

Location perfect, staff friendly and helpful, comfy bed, good shower. Evening meal very good. Breakfast croissants lovely. All very clean.

Our room was at the side of the property above the platforms of Charing Cross station so the rumble of trains was a bit annoying at night.

The location is excellent for central London. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast - the only little disappointment. We sat in the 'overflow' room which was ok (not special like the grand room) but the hot breakfast was not hot. It was only just warm.

Location - spot on. We could walk to all major London sights. Room - we were in the older part of the hotel, across the footbridge, but didn't mind at all. Loved the complimentary items Hotel - stunning inside and smells lush! Staff - everyone we met was super friendly

Nothing that I didn't like, but an addition that would be an improvement for females, would be a magnifying mirror in every bathroom for easy application of makeup. It would also be beneficial for men when shaving.

We didn't have a view, which was a bit of a shame as we ended up on the 6th floor so was expecting great views. Breakfast on the first morning was a bit lacking - what was there was a bit old and stale and by the time they brought out fresh, my friend had finished what she was having as it seemed to take a while, but second morning was absolutely fine, so maybe it was just a blip and we turned up at the wrong time when everything had run out or had sat for a while.

Great hotel, in a great location, close and central to Covent Garden, theatre land and tube stations literally on the doorstep. Room was large with a coffee machine, complimentary Nespresso capsules, Diet Coke, Coke, bottles of water, crisps and sweets. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower which was larger than most I have seen! Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful.

Curtains need to be cased in as let to much light in room. Very quiet and peaceful otherwise.

It could have had a better stocked mini bar. Ours had water and crisps!

It was well maintained, with a very high standard of decoration. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast was above average. The central position of this hotel makes it one for the top of the list

There was not anything that we were not happy with.

Location was brilliant. We went to Adelfi theatre which was ony a few minutes walk. Also went to Ritz for afternoon tea which was a gift also 30 min walk. Fantastic location

Not that it was expected, just would have been nice to have been able to get into our room earlier, seeing as we arrived around 9 am and were exhausted from flying overnight. Maybe they can offer that feature...for a fee of course!

This is a lovely hotel. We knew 2 other people who have stayed here and enjoyed it so we felt confident that it would be a nice place and it is. Loved being near the gardens: Embankment and Whitehall. Loved being near to so many other sites and shopping and restaurants and the underground and train. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very nice. Really enjoyed our visit.
