Having two separate wings and having to swap between lifts was a little bit annoying, but once you got used to it, no problem. Everything else was fabulous.

The location couldn’t have been better, backIng straight onto Victoria station. The rooms are beautifully refurbished and they even provided goodies each day in the fridge included in the cost. Check-in was exceptionally easy as was checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I didn't like about The Clermont Hotel

There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that I did not like. The hotel itself is spectacular and is right next door to Victoria London Station, which was very convenient. It's a 5 minute walk to Buckingham palace.The bus is virtually outside the hotel, and there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby that it is hard to choose. There is an iron and an ironing board as well as a small fridge and a jug with complimentary tea and coffee. In addition, there is a staff member that comes around every afternoon and knocks on your door to ask if you would like any snacks or drinks. This is also complimentary. The beds in the rooms are insanely comfortable. There is a staff member on the front door and at the reception desk 24/7, which is extremely helpful Needless to say that if I am ever able to go back to London, I would definitely stay at The Clermont Hotel

A fire alarm woke us up very early one morning. The staff were efficient and practical.

The location is great- next to the tube and coach station. About a mile from Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything worked.

A grand beautiful historic hotel! The room was very clean and upgraded. The location is amazing. Easy access from the airport and all the major trains and buses are right there. I would highly recommend the Victoria Clermont.

This hotel was a touch of luxury in central London with a grand entrance. It was located near Buckingham Palace but most importantly it was on Victoria Station with a side entrance straight into the hotel. This access enabled travel across London by both train and bus.

We had booked two single rooms. My husbands room was a small double so we were happy with that but mine was a tiny double and would probably have been better with a single bed in it. Also, our rooms were not close togeter and were on different floors

Rooms were clean and well equipted. The staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in an ideal location, attached as it is to Victoria station and yet is is surprisingly quiet and calm, and I loved the decor.

Travelled to London for a work event. Have stayed in many hotels in London and the City. Decided this time to stay at Victoria where we travel into. Great decision as hotel is far more comfortable and definite upgrade from sone we’ve stayed at. As travelling with hubby wanted to combine work trip with pleasure and stay somewhere Central and better class! Albeit rather pricey worth the extra money.

There was free mini bar but they didn't replenish if you don't use them. I thought they could do so as I've been to other hotels that will provide the items (snacks/drinks) even if I didn't use them but could have used them all at a later time. Same goes to other amenities such as bedroom slippers (even though I don't intend to change every day but an extra pair would be nice so that I could change when I needed to), and shower cap (they threw away the one I used on Day 1 and didn't replenish any throughout the stay).

Location was fantastic, we were based here for 8 nights to explore London and it's such a bliss that the train, subway and bus interchange were all located right at the hotel doorstep! The backdoor that connects directly to the train station was great especially if the weather gets cold and you don't want to step outside to the main road. Even though we were situated in a busy area, there is surprisingly little noise from the road/outside while we're inside the room. We had gotten the deluxe room and the size was decent and comfortable for such a long stay.
