There's nothing I didn't like however, we received an email about breakfast. My daughter is vegan so I asked if almond or oat milk could be provided instead of normal milk. And if possible vegan pastry. But if not, cow's milk would be ok. There was no further communication so we thought all us good. Fortunately I'd packed vegan milk and brown bread just in case. Cow's milk provided and white bread. We only eat brown bread, so maybe more options re the breakfast. We were looking forward to pastries. But in the scheme of things, this was minor and I don't wish to come across as fussy. Also, the jam in the fridge was past it's sell by date. So maybe worth checking.

The host was very helpful. She provided a charging plug as I'd forgotten mine. A genuinely lovely host. There is ample parking. The host explained that the front pebbled area could be used for parking and turning too if necessary but we parked down the side of the building in my high top camper. The smaller building we stayed in was exceptionally clean. The tv was easily accessible and both netflix and prime was available. The WiFi was very good, even outside we could still pick it up. We saw deer in the evening and morning in the grounds, which are very well maintained. A beautiful sunny spot. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with tea and coffee and the necessary home from home stuff.

Great location. Jo was really helpful and friendly. The place is beautiful. We saw deer in the garden which was a lovely treat! The pub 0.5 miles away was handy for tea one night. Would definitely stay again!

Only a small niggle but for the part I stayed in, the kitchen is downstairs and everything else is upstairs, fine for most people but worth knowing in advance if you have a dodgy knee, as I do.

Beautiful place, really comfy bed, lovely bath, Netflix and everything was really clean and fresh looking. It feels like the middle of the country, with a nice country pub in walking distance just down the road, but very close to Solihull and the motorway.

Our host was lovely and made us feel very welcome with little touches as in having milk and breakfast supplied. The pastries were delicious! The property is in a quiet location yet close to village pubs and other small villages for supplies. It is an ideal location for exploring Warwickshire.

The property is situated in a beautiful area. It was spotlessly clean and the owner Jo made us feel comfortable and extremely welcome. We had a seating area outside with the most amazing views and deer running across the lawn.Jo’s mini dachshund is the cutest dog who also gives you a great welcome!

A really lovely modern venue with a nicely appointed kitchen on the ground floor and a super comfortable living space on the first floor. Everything we needed for a great stay in a part of the country we seldom visit. The owners live onsite, but are discreet. It is beautifully peaceful… we loved it!

A lovely place to stay, incredibly comfortable and very peaceful. Instructions were easy to understand and I really enjoyed staying there. So much so, that I intend to stay there again next year!
